A very good experience ... Tim was professional and organized and the crew working on the job were very competent and very pleasant. I would recommend the whole team, and am thrilled with the results.

Tim did his best to give us the highest quality of work at the lowest possible price. His pricing estimates were very transparent and easy to understand. He was very understanding and sensitive to a limited budget we had for unexpected roof/deck repairs. We hope we can hire Pfeiffer Customs again in the future for more contractor work on our home.

Tim Pfeiffer is amazing to work with. He has excellent communication skills which is vital to any home improvement project. The quality of the work is impeccable. I rated the company a four and a half on the value only because he was a little higher on his estimate. Partly, I believe it was because he thought of all the details and he included them in the quote. The only change to the quote was due to my changes, not any add-ons on his part. This proved to me that he really understands each job that he tackles. The job was finished on time. I now have the most beautiful bathroom and plan to hire Tim for further jobs in my home.

I have had Tim and his crew do work for me for more than 30 years. He has such a good honest person. He has such a great quality about his work.

They are exceptional, always on time, and always call and show when they say they will. Attention to detail and finished ever little thing. They don't leave anything undone.
