 + 0 moreThey did an outstanding job. I was kept informed at each step in the process. Their response to questions was timely. We had rain during my project and they managed the work so the roof was always covered. Crews were on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I give them high marks for quality. Tiles were saw cut to fit, flashing was installed to direct water away from stucco, mortar caps extend well beyond the joints, new tiles are on a section of roof hidden from street and backyard view.
Description of Work: Removed old tile and paper. Replace sheeting and fascia as required. Put down new 40 weight paper, 2 layers, install new valley flashing, vent flashing, bird block, drip edge, replace tile, supplementing with additional tile as required.

 + -1 moreWe were very happy with every phase of our dealings with PetersenDean. Their approach was to determine first what we were trying to accomplish in replacing our roof. They showed and discussed the alternatives. We met one day for the discussion and Tim and a helper were out to measure the roof early the next morning. He prepared a detailed estimate and reviewed it with us within two days. The job was started and finished as scheduled.
Description of Work: Replaced original wood shake shingle roof (5500 sq.ft) with concrete tile roof. The original roof had skip-sheeting. In order to install the concrete tile, the entire roof had to be covered with plywood before the tile could be installed.
