Sean contacted me to come look at what work was required. He submitted a written bid which I accepted. He schedule the work and the crew arrived on time. The workers was completed slightly more quickly than I expected. The area on the roof and the ground were left clean. The old shingle materials were removed as promised. I am very pleased to have a roofer I can trust.

SDC Roofing did an exceptional job with my home in Tempe. I had an existing wood shingle roof and replaced it with composite shingle. Sean was extremely responsive and SDC completed the work in the time that was promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

Sean arrived on time and gave me a thorough review of possible options for replacing a 25 year old roof. He didn't just assume I would go with a standard replacement and we had a great discussion about possible upgrades; he was never pushy but just wanted to give me a clear picture of what would be done on the roof. Even though I did several upgrades to the existing roof, his estimate was very competitive to another three contractors who offered much less. Brian and his crew took three days to complete the install. They were super efficient and organized through every step of the process and did a beautiful job on the new roof. I would hire SDC Roofing again in a second!!

In August 2018, we had an insurance claim for roof repairs. Due to a personal situation, we were unable to call for roofing estimates until the end of September 2018. We had five companies give us estimates and choose SDC Roofing. Sean came out and we discussed many options. SDC Roofing was the only company who gave us a complete break down of what we wanted and expected. It was a little more than what our insurance would cover, but we wanted to go the extra mile to make sure we would get what we wanted. There was a delay of about two months in getting the roof replaced only because we had to wait for our solar panels to be removed (due to the rains last summer). Sean was able to work with us and came out right after the panels were removed. His crew did a beautiful job on the roof. His brother did all the wood repair work…We had them remove an old evaporative cooler stand, two sky lights on the patio, and several vents that were obsolete. All the holes were patched and an extra turbine was added. We were concerned about our laundry room as it always had leaked until we repaired it and we wanted to make sure we would not have another problem with leaking. Sean assured us with the materials SDC uses, we would have no problems. The roof looks great and we have had no leaks. I would certainly recommend SDC Roofing for any roofing project. They are professional, courteous, and experts. And they are really nice also!!!!!

Work was done in one day. Very clean, neat and organized. Contractor had proper staff (4 installers and 1 supervisor) and materials. The installers definitely knew their trade and did many small details to insure a quality job was done. I highly recommend this firm.

Fantastic! I am so happy with my new roof. Sean Parrish and especially, Brian Parrish, went above and beyond the call of duty. I have health issues and I was unable to trim a tree that was growing over the roof. Sean was so kind, he said they would take care of it. Then I expressed how I would love to get rid of the Arizona room that had the most storm damage, and Sean looked at it again and said, "We can take these 3 walls down for you." I was THRILLED to have that taken care of!!! Brian Parrish, thank you for all your hard work and you were so professional about the mess my back patio was in. MUCHO appreciated! SDC Roofing really cares and did wonderful work!!!!

SDC was great at getting back to me and scheduling a time to come out and give me an estimate. After coming to my home and looking at the problem areas I was told an estimate would be sent via email. I never heard from them again, no email, no phone call, no contact at all. It was difficult to rate them on responsiveness as they were prompt in responding to my initial request but then did not follow through with what they said they were going to do. Not the way I would do business.

I am not one to sit and write reviews, but these two Bothers deserve my time. So where do we start. 1st always on time, Price is right, Work is #1, Clean up is awesome. Started when they said they would. Everything was put on contract with no hidden or extra cost. I was a pain in the you know what but they took care of anything I asked for. They just above and be on to make you feel good. Will refer to all my friends and family. Call Sean and Brian for you roofing needs. #1 A+ Operation. Thanks Sean and Brian for the Awesome Job !!!

Sean Perrish had a very professional, punctual and runs an excellent business. The price he charged for the quality of work was superb. His crew was very timely and efficient. He always had a full time, English speaking manager on site named Bryan who helped communicate with the Spanish speaking workers. We would recommend them most highly and absolutely use them, again.
