Description of Work: My air conditioner was blowing hot air. We have a 25year old unit. For sure I thought it was the compressor.derek diagnosed the problem instantly and it was the starter motor. He replaced it and everything is fine. We have used them before and they are truly honest and professional in this cut throat business. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Description of Work: The technician, Derrick, was very caring, knowledgeable and terrific. I was in bed at the time and Derrick went out of his way to help me, even taking out my garbage as I was recovering from an operation I had on the previous day. He put in a new starter, some freon, cleaned my vents and put them in the right position. He also sold me a $150.00 maintenance contract for the coming year and within an hour, my A/C was working once more, better that it had originally.
