Too expensive! I also had an A C installed and being retired decided on a plan with no payments or interest for one year with Concord a company they recommended. I ended up with the wrong plan with a payment due at the end of July 2022 And I cannot get resolution to change. No one from Patrick Riley or Concord will talk, they just said to File a Resolution with Concord, and after two weeks still no answer. I would say this is taking advantage of a senior living on Medicare and wrong!

The guys were great. Thorough and pleasant to work with and not pushy. Answered all of my questions and made me comfortable with the decision I made.

Water heaters are expensive no matter which service you go with.

Other company quoted me 2,700 dollars for new water softener which I didn't need. Patrick Riley came out checked it all out and said nothing wrong with it also was no charge. I will hire them again

The plumber sent wanted to charge me approx. $500.00 to replace one outside water faucet on the side of my home. I am sure he just did not want to do this job.

The installer was professional courteous. Answered all my questions and was very clean after the install of the water heater.

He overcharged me by double what it should have been. I had a tankless water heater Installed and he changed out the gate valve and only charged $360.00 while this guy charged me over $650.00. He could not even finish the job . He left a hole and I had to find someone else to patch it

I asked them to place removed pavers along the side of my house and they did not. Some of my pavers were damaged because they didn?t move them like I asked. They didn?t haven?t remedied the situation.

workers were personable and friendly, got the work done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up afterwards.

Guys came and quoted. Then fixed the problem. They did a good job and were very personable.

Gilbert the gentleman who came out to look at my water purifier was fantastic

Had a gas line replaced. Gene and crew did a good job. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job quickly.

Although a terrible, messy, and smelly job, Gilbert was pleasant and helpful. He wasted no time and got the job done quickly.
