never really given a chance to ask if just turning up the existing water heater would do it. Rather than replacing the whole thing.

Was really knowledgeable. Made honest recommendations without being pushy. He was patient.

Just put in a flapper I think for $380 that I would have done myself for about $10 and 2 or 3 minutes of my time but I hurt my back and could not bend over. The plugged toilet was a fair price for $170. He did not clean up after or did an poor clean up. He left a bunch or either dark silver or black marks inside of the toilet that we still cannot get it all off. He left some dirty, brownish, water on the toilet seat and floor. The toilet still runs excessive water. He said it would cost another $400 to replace the fill kit I think he said.

I am giving 2 stars because the work was completed. The missing 3 stars is for the high level of price gouging. I recently moved into my new home and the kitchen faucet was leaking. I bought a new one to have installed. No big deal right? $600 later...big deal. Apparently the hot water couldn't be shut off under the sink so he needed to replace the valve $215. Ok...that leaves $385 to replace a faucet!!! Seriously?!?! It was less than an hour! Hell Mercedes doesn't charge that much!!! They were referred to me by Angi so my naivety lead me to believe this was 'standard' pricing in AZ. I should have kept looking. I should have read the yelp reviews. Unfortunately I didn't do either, so I am out the nearly $600! But hey...the sh*t isn't dripping any more! My advice...call someone else!!!

Appt was set a week ahead and then day of, all of a sudden now could give estimate over the phone which was so inflated l cancelled the appt, which seemed to be just fine with the caller. Almost $400 to replace a wax ring on a toilet???

Great service

Ron went above and beyond replacing my hot water heater. He offered to haul away any bulk that I needed to be remove and I took him up on his offer. He sawed apart my broken swing in 5 minutes and hauled it away with the old hot water heater. He did it all in one day and he came back the next day when I told him I hear a buzz either in the walls or in my refrigerator. It was just air in the pipes from when he turned the water off.
