Ron came quickly to do an estimate and said I could do 12 month payments with no interest I said great! then he came on the 10th went straight to work after he was done came in and said and how are we paying for this? I said ? you told me I could make payments ? so he had me apply at that time which I was declined. And no explanation of why, other than a letter in 30 days. I was STUCK WITH A 3600.00 bill and PATRICK RILEY THREATENED TO PUT A LEAN ON MY HOUSE IF I DIDNT PAY IN FULL!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR EVERYTHING UP FRONT. THEY LIE, THE WEBSITE SAYS THEY WONT AND DONT DO THIS! DONT TRUST RON!

I was very happy with the work that was done. I had quite a few things done and the young man that did the work was very nice to me. I am a widow and I did not feel that I was taken advantage of, which I have heard happens. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

High price!

Had a new hot water heater installed. The work quality was very good. The total bill was high, even after a discount. However, you get what you pay for in the long run. I didnâ t have to deal with using a home improvement store, and hoping for a good installer.

Ron from Patrick Reilly is a consummate professional. He took a look at my hose spigot and gave me a fair price. He showed me everything he was doing regarding removing part of the exterior wall to get at the pipe. I’ll go with Patrick Riley in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

They were very easy to work with. We needed some items moved out of the way in order for them to install the new water heater. They also put them back when they were finished with the installation. The unit was more than I expected but I had no choice as I needed a new one. Very professional.

The company is more interested in selling its products than doing quality work. My first call to this company was for an angle stop replacement. I was charged close to $1000 for the work on that. When I turned the water back on to check it, it was worse than before. I called them back and the second guy told me of more leaks. He suggested replacing all the plumbing in the house and sold me on that. Before the work was completed, one plumber told me he had to leave early for his grandmothers funeral service. That sounded fishy to me. Then, when I pointed out a mistake to one of the other plumbers, he advised me that he would do some rewelding to fix it properly. The rewelding was never done and **the easy way** was taken by flipping the valve handle upside down. It is very poor quality as the valve does not work properly with the handle upside down. They also sold me a device to clear the residue from my pipes, but the pipes that needed clearing were already replaced with plastic ones. I was never compensated for the first time they came out even though they said the work was under warranty.

I had a sink drain fail inside my wall which created a massive leak that soaked walls and ruined my carpet. Both guys showed up on time. Where polite, gave me a fair price on job and even helped me get people to assist with water damage. I found my new forever plumbing company.

He took one look at the toilet and wanted to charge $700. I resisted. He checked closer and found it to be a very minimal adjustment ($70)

They were professional and very accommodating. I would have gave 5 stars, but there was a small leak still dripping. Had to call back the tech to fix.

He took the time to diagnose the problem, offered a couple of excellent solutions, one of which was less invasive and more economical, and fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction, and in good time. All in all, Patrick Riley is fortunate to have Gene on the team.
