+ -1 morePatrick is the hardest working real estate broker I have ever met. And he is also the rare and elusive honest broker. Not only that, he's just an all-around great guy. But his fun-loving and unfailingly optimistic attitude is by no means indicative of how serious he is about his profession. He has boatloads of experience, and the depth of his knowledge about the market never ceased to amaze me. Plus, he got us a great house and a great mortgage.
Description of Work: Patrick was our real estate agent and (via a separate company) our mortgage broker on a recent house purchase. The amount spent is the amount of his fee on the mortgage he brokered.
