+ -1 moreParamount Iron wasted a great deal of my time and created a great deal for frustration with no tangible end product provided.
Description of Work: I can NOT RECOMMEND this company. I requested a quote for an exterior spiral stairase. A company representative arrived at my home, inspected the site, and subsequently provided a written quote. The following day I tried to contact him to discuss the project and was infomed he "no longer worked for the company." A second representative visited my home three (3) times, provided a quote and after repeated attempts to contact him. was never heard from again. I contacted the company office and discussed the situation with a female representive who assured me she would talk to the sales rep, resolve the situation, and expedite the project. I never heard from either individual again and subseuently had to secure an alternate contractor to complete the project. My Recommendation: STEER CLEAR OF PARAMOUNT IRON!
