Paragon Turf Technologies

I wanted to utilize this company and it's parent company (LA Lawn) for a backyard spa enclosure, artificial grass, and some associated landscaping. I assumed the project would be approximately $10k and went into the advertised "new showroom" (which was already demolished) to schedule a consultation. The owner of LA Lawn (Rusty) was a no call/no show on two occasions the same day. Stupid me, I allowed the owner of Paragon Turf (Ryan) to respond the next day to make things right. Six weeks later and still no bid for the project. I made contact again to be advised the quote would be to me immediately. Another week passes only to discover management had been replaced. Thinking I would now be seen as a real customer, I provided one last chance and asked that they make things right....only on the turf as everything else had already been sub-contracted and COMPLETED. New management tried to drag me along before stating the company was in disarray and couldn't perform. Please watch out as I am glad I didn't provide any money upfront. What a HORRIBLE business!
