+ -1 moreJob was submitted on 11-11-2005. It took them three tries in order to get the job done right. This took a total of two months. They would sometimes say that the job would be ready in several days, but ended up taking weeks. I am not being fussy here. The first time I went to pick up the hood the inside of it had not even been plated. (This was not due to a 'failure of communication''. When I first brought the hood in, Clifford agreed that the inside of the hood needed to be plated, as well as the outside.)
Description of Work: Brass plating of range hood and related parts.

+ -1 moreVERY INCONSISTENT WITH PLATING AND SERVICE. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR CHROME PLATED STUFF BACK WHEN PROMISED, AND IT WILL USUALLY BE A MONTH LATER OR MORE. HAD A HEATER COVER PLATED, AMONG OTHER PARTS. THEY NEVER INSTALLED THE PART, BUT A LOT OF THE CHROME FLAKED OFF. THEY DID RE-PLATE IT, BUT IT TOOK A MONTH TO GET IT BACK. PRICE IS GOOD, IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOREVER.
