He is absolutely amazing. Alway ridiculously responsive even though he has much bigger clients. Always telling it to straight even if it means him not getting the work. Always incredibly smart, personable, and comes up with most cost effective solution. Can access my system for a number of years now and he is extremely trustworthy. Rate is more than worth it.

I got the name of the company from a friend of mine that highly recommended them. The work was going to be done on my Mother's computer so it was important to me to get someone over to her house that was referred to me by someone who had actually used the company. I actually called to se up the appointment and found the owner of the company (Rico) to be very easy to talk to on the phone. He was really great on the phone so I felt confident in sending him to my Mom's. Rico arrived promptly at my Mom's and was incredibly personable (she loved talking to him). He diagnosed the problem with the computer very quickly and proceeded to give my Mother many options and ideas. He was very straight forward and honest (which was very important because my Mom is not very computer literate).

He did exactly what he estimated that he would do and he also called me to let me know what he found. His estimate was accurate and well worth what I spent.
