Description of Work: Tom was very knowledgeable. Listened to all my concerns. Rather than just replace the OLD unit, he did a thorough exam of the current duct work and made suggestions to address the problems I have had the past 15 years. Now my home is evenly cooled vs. in the past where half was freezing and main living areas warm.

 + -1 moreWe would highly recommend them. We've been using them since 1997. Our neighbor recommended them. We have a service contract with them and they come twice a year. We pay for the first visit and then there is no charge for the second visit. Another company I saw on TV charges more than they do. We are very happy with their services. We will absolutely continue to use them.
Description of Work: We used Palm Aire to service our air conditioning unit.

 + -1 moreI've been using this company for more than 20 years. Phone calls are answered or returned immediately. Technicians are prompt and thorough. HIGHLY recommended.
Description of Work: I've used Palm Aire countless times in the past. I phoned at 10pm tonight when my a/c went out. The answering service took my name and number and passed it on to the owner who called me back within 5 minutes. A tech will be coming out first thing in the morning. I love this company.

 + -1 moreTERRENCE, THE REPAIRMAN, WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, THOROUGH, HONEST AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER!
Description of Work: REPLACED 6 FEET OF OLD ARMOR FLEX WITH NEW, TAPED INTO PLACE. USED CORK TAPE TO SEAL AROUND SUCTION LINE PENETRATION THOUGH COOL CABINET.
