+ -1 moreIt went well. Scott gave a reasonable quote and stuck to it. He arrived on time and finished the job in the expected time frame. I ws lingering in the garage with him and we had a nice chat about this and that...and watching him work, I could see he was thorough and skilled at what he was doing. My garage door now open and closes again! Scott also was willing to go above and beyond...I needed the serial number from the unit. Even though he had left hours earlier, he stopped back at my place to get the info I needed. I definitely recommend Scott and Pacific Garage Door Services.
