Oktay is one of the best customer service providers I have ever met. My dryer shorted out and he was able to come over quickly to diagnose the issue. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out the issue and unfortunately the part needed was no longer in stock as my dryer was 10 years old. He has connections to obtain older parts but because he has to order the part it took several days for shipping. The part showed up missing a crucial piece that was shown in the picture so when Oktay tried connecting it my dryer still didn’t work. He contacted the seller to send the missing piece. We knew it was going to be a gamble because the replacement part may or may not fix the issue but I was willing to take the chance. Unfortunately it didn’t solve my issue but Oktay didn’t charge me anything for the extra visits or the part. Rarely do you come across such an honest company and Oktay was the epitome of what I look for when hiring someone to help me with something beyond my expertise. Thanks, Oktay, I hope I don’t need you again soon but if I do you have my repeat business!

The heating element broke and the technician replaced the part. He was punctual and professional. He went beyond his duty and even vacummed the refrigerator coils at no charge.

Overall the service technicial was in our house for about 40 minues (from beginning to end). Had diagnosed our problem with our fridge quickly, made the necessary reairs, had the necessary parts, and it was not expensive.
