Orbitz House Cleaning

I reached out to Orbitz following a Cragislist add. I specifically asked for deep cleaning services to prepare our home to list. The deep clean included window washing. I asked the boss with whom I had been texting to set up the appointment assured me that the cleaner would have me check the area she had cleaned for approval. When she moved on from my kitchen I noticed the walls, baseboards and cupboards had not been touched. She did not sweep the floor, only vaccumed it and then splashed water everywhere to "mop." It was terribly done. I asked her if I could show her my concerns and she was very argumentative. She ended up leaving and said she would not continue to work for me if I was unhappy with everything she cleaned. I tried to explain to her that we needed to be on the same page about expectations. I was dissapointed that she choose to leave because I felt like we could discuss things and get on the same page with expectations. In the end she accused me of being a liar. It was a very unfortunate situation
