Our whole experience with Open Enclose was excellent from the estimate to picking out the product that would best work for our family in our budget, all the way down to the install process and beyond. I'll start with the estimate, at the time we purchased our home Open Enclose did not yet have a Phoenix office but it was in the works so they had someone from their Tucson office drive down to do our estimate. They were on-time, highly knowledgeable about their products and we really felt that they helped us pick the best product for us within our budget. There was no high pressure sales tactics, the rep was really honest about our needs and very personable. We immediately felt comfortable with Open Enclose and knew we wanted them to do our work. They had us come back into the office, we picked our final product, did our paperwork, they gave us a very accurate estimate of when our windows would be in and scheduled our install. What was so incredible about Open Enclose was that despite the fact that they didn't yet have a Phoenix office they still took on our job which required multiple trips from Tucson to Phoenix from the estimate to the install. The employees were always on-time, courteous, respectful and did an amazing job cleaning up everyday. One of the installers noticed a scratch that even I didn't catch on one of the new sliding glass doors and the company notified the manufacturer on our behalf and set up a time for them to come out and switch out the door which eliminated any stress for us and it was replaced quickly and conveniently. We were told the job would take 3 days to complete and they finished on-time and we were absolutely pleased with the outcome as we believe they really went above and beyond for our family. If in the future we needed any more window or door work done on our home we wouldn't hesitate to contact Open Enclose again as we have a lot of confidence and trust in their ability to get the job done correctly and professionally. It has now been over a year since all our work was done and everything is still holding up nicely!
