Description of Work: I have a home warranty contract with them.

Description of Work: My A/C was not working, and that day a HVAC tech came out to my house at 7pm to fix the problem. I have also used OneGuard to repair my dryer, and they are great!

Description of Work: Approximately one week after closing on our home the sewerline backed up in the bathroom. The toilet backed up into the bath tub which was a very nasty experience. We called One Guard and they dispatched a local plumber to our home. Within 1 1/2 hours of the phone call the plumber was on site. The standard service fee of $59 was charged and the work was performed satisfactorily. We appreciate immensly this quick response to an unbearable situation. The One Guard Rep understood the situation and came through for us.

Description of Work: We are in the process of selling our home and I had a list of things on the repair list from the buyers. I called One Guard to see what was covered and I spoke to "Justin". There were a few things on there that he wasn't sure about, but instead of just saying he doesn't know, he put me on hold and found out for sure. He was very friendly and helpful and got me set up with anything that I needed and provided information as needed as well. Fantastic customer service by Justin! Thank you!!

Description of Work: Swamp Cooler would not start. Called and someone was out to look it over. Found that the pump was out ant the thermostat was not working. Had both replaced and it works fine. Note: I also had purchased the media to replace it but once I got on the roof and looked at the job, I asked if the service tech could install and he did it for me.
