Description of Work: They are my home warranty company. They have different levels of service and I had the Ultimate renewal plan that included everything from the HVAC, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and much more. I have been using their services for about three years and they have been great! When I started with them, I paid extra at the beginning to cover some pre-existing things. They have had to replace some major appliances and they are very good to work with. They offer several different levels of coverage. I have friends who have home warranty through other companies and they have not had great experience. I see that they do not get as good of service
