Description of Work: I've been with them for two years and reasonably happy with contractors they send, though I think the monthly $45 fee, plus $59 for each service, is somewhat high. However, this review is for their staff, specifically Connie, who went out of her way to help me. After instructing the company to send a check for a new dishwasher in lieu of repairs, I called them to say I changed my mind & decided to have the dishwasher repaired. Connie said a check has been mailed & that I need to send it back before they can restart the process. She then offered to confirm with another dept if the check indeed has been mailed. She found the check sitting in the mailbox, she brought it to accounting to be voided, then contacted authorizations dept to restart the repair process which involved ordering parts.
