They have been so far so good and everything has been pretty easy. It is pretty simple to understand how much they are going to pay as it is on a new house. If anything goes wrong I know I can call them and they will charge me just $ 59. They are really responsive when I call them and they come out within four hours.

So far we had no issues with them. The service they provide is really nice. When you purchase a home they come out for at least $59. The y re-key all your locks for you. They were very punctual.

7/22/13 Update. I think this provider does pretty good in Dallas and Tarrant County based on their reviews. My properties are in Denton and Cooke Counties, one or two counties north of Dallas and Tarrant. I considered them for some rent houses in Denton County but first asked to see a list of their service technicians that would service the HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing. Unfortunately none of the service providers they supplied are in Denton County and most don't list it as being part of their service area. I decided to call a competitor and they were quickly able to provide me names of service technicians in the county I live in and the county that my rental properties are. I decided to go with them. See my other reviews for more information on that. While these people seem real nice, I would be cautious about signing up for properties outside of Dallas and Tarrant County. While they probably have great intentions, the reality is most service providers don't want to drive more than 30 minutes to make a service call and may schedule you accordingly if you live outside their published service area. 7/2/13 Update. It appears they take customer service and customer satisfaction very seriously. If you have a problem with a repair or timely service, you may want to ask whomever you are talking with to transfer you to customer relations. Their people are very nice but in some cases may need support from customer relations or management if there is a problem. I am upgrading my original rating based on the extraordinary effort they made to make things right. I didn't make it an A since there was a problem but have raised this to a B. It took six days to get a contractor out on my Air Conditioning. They have since refunded both the service fee and the annual contract fee but still sent the technician out. On Monday I got a call from a contractor saying they would be here some time Wednesday and would give me a call with a two hour window on Tuesday or Wednesday. I told them I couldn't be here all day and thought we agreed to Wednesday after 1:30. I also told them I would be talking to OneGuard about why they assigned someone who didn't want to come out before Wednesday. It was a very busy day for me so I was planning to call One Guard today, Tuesday. OneGuard, (Michelle), called me twice while on conference calls. They keep switching which provider I'm assigned to. Now this afternoon, there is a new one but the first they can get here is Friday, six days after I turned in the service request. Update 6/29/13 The contractor determined that my system is working and the freon level is good. He feels the problem is a dirty inside core and recommended cleaning. Unfortunately this isn't covered under my warranty, (I think they all consider it maintenance.), and the estimate to do the work was $550. The technician said it was an hour drive each way and the pricing reflected that. He suggested I hire someone locally to clean the coil and I have. Since entering the rating, OneGuard has again offered to refund the price of my contract and also waived the service fee. I'm going to take them up on that. I've also sent them some local A/C contractors who can usually get here sooner than 3-5 days. I live within two miles of I-35 but we're about an hour north of Dallas and Ft. Worth and about 20 miles north of Denton. Everyone I have talked to at OneGuard has been very nice. Unfortunately, it's been hard in the past to get hold of someone who can deal with problems and actually take action. I know have a contact that can do that. I believe they take customer satisfaction seriously or they wouldn't be refunding my contract in full while still sending some one out. I plan to improve the rating I gave earlier, once I get the refund check.

When the technician arrive he immediately got to work changing the cores in all 6 exterior4 locks. Within 30 minutes they were all replaced and he left me 4 keys. He was professional and quick and 10 dollars a lock is hard to beat.

Although we have had to use One Guard yet, the process of setting up the home warranty went very smoothly. The representative was very helpful and offered a discount straightaway since we were getting a warranty on our home in addition to a rental property. They followed up a couple weeks later to make sure we received all the related paperswork and understood the terms of the warranty. Very professional.

They came and did the home inspection before the time, so that was kind of nice because I was more concerned as the former companies used to keep crying all the time. I liked the fact that they would come and do the home inspection. It was easy to get hold of them and they were easy to work with. They sent someone right away to inspect my home, so that was nice. I did get a full report. It was a fair price. So far, the quality has been good. They were on time.

We've had numerous opportunities to contact them and have been delighted by the customer service and their vendor choices. While most vendors have been able to come out within the standard appointment time, for our pool repair, the 1st pool company assigned to the problem was booked until late in the week to help us with a problem we called in over the weekend. When I called to see if there was an alternative, OneGuard's customer service was SO helpful in contacting other companies while I was on the phone (vs. giving me a list of numbers) to find one that could come earlier. This was definitely a different experience in action and attitude than I had with one of their competitors during the sell process of our old home. Another nice feature - you can pay the $59 service call to OneGuard over the phone (where applicable) - especially helpful on pool and yard concerns as I don't have to be home and the problem can be solved!

OneGuard Home Warranties responded quickly to our repair request, and allowed us to pay our vender copay online before the technician arrived. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner, and repaired it right away. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his field. The air conditioner is working fine now, and my husband and I are very pleased with the service that we received.

We honestly didn't have any experience with OneGuard Home Warranties thus far. I just got their service, so so far, so good, I would say. The process of getting the service was pretty simple.

I received an email shortly after I placed the repair claim and was told someone would contact me about the repair shortly. Received a call and was told they were havint trouble finding someone to come out, but they would keep trying. They gave me several days credit at a motel, if I wanted to use one. We declined. Shortly after that the sales rep showed up at my front door with a portable unit for us to use until our unit got fixed. All in All a great experiance.

It was a positive experience. Some of their contractors are not the best. But overall they did sufficient coverage of home protection. We had some issues with our pool and I wasn't happy with the contractor that came to my home home so I called and complained and they were very responsive and quick to fix the issue. They are always able to answers questions that I have.

So far, OneGuard Home Warranties has been great. They were prompt, said what they were gonna do and did exactly that.

They rectified all the issues and I didn't have any problem. There was an up front cost for each of the works. They were pretty reliable with the dates and when they showed up. The quality of the work was good.

I've had a OneGuard home warranty since October 2012, when my wife and I purchased our current home. We have called them out several times for several different issues. The contractors they use are ok as long as the services being performed are under warranty. On 2 occasions, the technicians have recommended repairs beyond the warranty coverage, which I thought were overpriced a bit. We have gotten our moneys worth from the warranty, though, as one of our garage door openers had to be replaced. Our only out of pocket was $59 for the service call and $99 for ball bearing roller replacements that were not covered under the warranty. The replacement opener was not exactly like quality to the one being replaced, but it works. Other than that, I've called them for an exterminator, plumber, and a/c repair and have been pretty satisfied with the service. Their responsiveness is good as long as it is during the week. I had an A/C issue at one point over the weekend and they could not get anyone out until the following Tuesday, forcing me to use my own contractor to diagnose the issue since it was 90+ degrees outside. Overall, we have not experienced any of the horror stories that I've read about with other home warranties. Of course, they try every possible solution for any problem and have to jump through hoops to get replacements authorized, but I think that's to be expected with these warranties.

I bought a service from them but I haven't use the service yet.

My air conditioner went out at end of April. I pay $60 a month for One Guard home warranty service and $59 each time a service provider comes out. Well, it's mid June and my ac stopped cooling again. Instead of honoring the previous charge, I was RE CHARGED another $59 service fee. So, in two months, I've paid One Guard almost $240 for ac repair. Probably would have been cheaper to just hire a repair person and not use the home warranty, especially since I never make claims.

So far, OneGuard has been great. Their phone support is top notch. With other companies such as American Home Shield, their main phone system is an automated system in which you simply tell it which system is broken and you never actually talk to anyone. With OneGuard, I always reach someone the first time and rarely am on hold for more than a minute or two. I can explain my problem and they are able to choose a specific company to fix my specific problem. So far so good. Also, I had originally created a plan online that would have included my pool equipment. However, when the inspector came out to test all of my equipment prior to the contract going into effect, he was nice enough to mention that the pool pumps would not be covered (even if I was paying for the coverage) because the pumps had not been installed on concrete pads (they were just set in the hard dirt). He recommended cancelling that portion of the service rather than wasting my money and being disappointed later. This was great advice, saving me a few hundred bucks a year. I even forgot to cancel that portion until a month after starting the contract, and they were more than happy to refund that entire portion of my bill. So far, OneGuard has been much better than American Home Shield and I would recommend them to others in the Phoenix area.

So far so good. We have used them one time. It was for an air conditioner inspection. They just do what they got to do. They were quick to get out there. So far, they have been good.

It went well. I haven't had to call in yet for any home warranty issues. They seem pretty straightforward and were easy to contract with now the question is what happens over the next year. It's been great. I have no complaints.

Bought a year services and just renew for another year. Not too many good companies out there.

So far they have been good. The customer service is good and they respond quickly. They also notify you about your contract renewing every year.
