Great experience. Came to our home on time, checked out the problem, said what it was and repaired it. Very pleased with the company.

All repair work was done professionally and the technician was knowledgeable.

I was contacted quickly by the Garage Door Company and they quickly scheduled coming out to assess the issue and repaired it by replacing a sensor and it works great now. The timely responsiveness to my needs, great customer service, and quality work provided are what was needed in a Home Warranty Company. I will use them again!

It was a two day process. They located the leak through special x-ray equipment after shutting off the water lines to prevent flooding. Mike was in constant communication and made the job a top priority. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and courteous throughout the job. Nothing was done without my approval. It should be noted that OneGuard picked up $1000 of the total cost of the work. Hats off to OneGuard for a job well done!

The provider's tech (Mario) was very friendly and professional. Everything was electronically documented. Mario even gave us some advice as part time area residents as to how best to deal with appliances while we we're gone. He couldn't have been nicer, and he was at our locale for very brief periods. After he replaced the defective part, he then did an extensive cleaning of our coils.

This is a note of caution to potential customers. OneGuard is new to the area. As a result, they don't have a wide variety of service providers. I had an issue with my A/C and they only had ONE service provider who was located in Fort Worth. Due to the 50 mile distance, the technician only had limited time of day that he was available in Plano. I work full time and need either early morning or late appointment. Trying to schedule an appointment was such a nightmare that I hired an repair service out of my own pocket. OneGuard would not reimburse me. I had a similar experience with a dryer repair. The ONE technician in OneGuard's database is located in Forney. Once again, it was difficult to schedule an appointment. Additionally, when he arrived, he was not competent to diagnose or repair. I'm still waiting for a call back. I've already paid my $59.00 service call fee. I have no idea if the company is ordering parts, still pondering a diagnosis or simply squandering my $59.00

The Plumbing Service called as expected before coming to give me a time. They were punctual, they did a great job on the repairs and they were pleasant to deal with. I think One Guard Home Warranties is the best I've ever used. They are so easy to deal with, they offer much more for your money than other Warranty Providers and their service call fee is still low. The Service Provider they sent to my home couldn't have been better. I am very pleased with them and would refer anyone looking for a Home Warranty Company to One Guard.

i have had AZ Trademasters several times. One Guard has always been very responsive, their call center agents are professional and knowledgeable. If something needs to be replaced there is no hassle. they just take care of their customer.

All of the service providers One Guard called to do the repair could not come out for 1 to 2 days and they would not cover an emergency after hours service charge, which is not acceptable in the middle of summer in Phoenix, Arizona with 100+ degree temps. I had to find a company on my own and pay for the entire repair. The last home warranty company I used paid for non-contracted service providers charges if they weren't able to get one of their contracted companies out the same day for emergency service, such as the AC going out. I will be switching back to my previous warranty company.

Service provider (appliance repair) was scheduled and completed quickly and professionally. OneGuard followed up to be sure we were satisfied with our service. Having bought and sold many houses, we've used several Home Warranty companies and have unquestionably found OneGuard to be the best. We get no arguments when we request service, rather we get helpful responses and quick service.

the One Guard Home Warranty contacted Collins Service the same day as I called, the service repair came to my home and determined what the problem was. This was on Wed. the parts were ordered and on Friday the new parts arrived. The new compressor and other new parts were put in place, the service person took less than 2 hrs. The only cost to us was the One Guard Home Warranty fee. I now have a well running air conditioner, and this 100 + degree weather there quick action was much appreciated.

Our unit broke on a Thursday afternoon- 4 weeks after we purchased the home and moved in! The technician identified the problem and developed alternatives for repair and replacement. The replacement parts would not have been available until Monday. It's tough having 90 degrees plus inside, 116 outside, and a weekend of waiting for repair parts to become available. In consideration of the age of the equipment we had , the cost of the repair, and the wait time over the weekend to get the parts and make the repair, he worked with One Guard to determine that replacement was the best option, a win- win. The technician and One Guard allowed us to get the unit installed by later afternoon Friday. The house cooled sufficiently before bedtime, and we had a great weekend!

I've come to learn that home warranties are nothing but a scam these days. They use the cheapest providers possible and somehow convince everyone they're a good deal. I've been out of a dishwasher for more than a month now because they can't seem to find me a good provider to fix it. They came out and like numerous reviews I've read we have to "wait weeks for parts". It's been two weeks since the part was supposedly order and this is the third provider they have given us. All three providers either have no reviews or horrible reviews. That only tells me one thing, they use the cheapest bidder! I had bad experiences with plumbing too. The guy came over without troubleshooting and guessed what the problem was. He wanted to route a whole new plumbing line that of course wouldn't be covered by warranty. So his services weren't needed. We went with a good company out of pocketthat has great reviews and not only were they professional and courteous, they fixed the real problem way cheaper. ***Update*** It is 8/28/14 and my dishwasher is still a $400.00 drying rack. I have to call onegaurd at least 2 times a day on average and so far have gotten nowhere. I have left 4 messages with Teresa in the past 3 days in possibly going with the cash out option since I've finally learned that the part I've been waiting on this whole time is worth almost as much as my dishwasher new! That being said, this $340.00 part that I've been waiting for over a month that was the WRONG PART missing crucial wires, I could of had a new dishwasher this whole time. I'm more than frustrated at this point and can't wait to be done with these guys.

Service companies contacted us the same day we called or early the next day and they came within a day or two to make the repairs.

Everything went well. We got an excellent service and we decided to use the Pest company to perform other services that Onegurad does not cover in the policy. I would recommend Oneguard and Texas Pest Solutions.

They arrived on time, replaced the damaged equipment, and told me that the house would be livable in about 6 hours.

It went well, arrived early which was good, and AC has been blowing cold ever since.

Collins Air cond. came out exactly at the time they said they would be here. The young man that came checked the air conditioner and immediately knew what was wrong. It was a capacitor. He had one in his truck and installed it. He checked everything else and then checked the temperature from the vents. It as working perfectly and we were so happy as it was 94 degrees in our house before he came. It had been 90 all night the night before bu it was too late to contact OneGuard that evening. We were not sure we could make it another night and was afraid we might have to wait until Monday but as they promised, they came Friday and it was fixed quickly. We would reccommend OneGuard and Collins Air Cond. to anyone. They were both wonderful and we so appreciated it. We had used One Guard a couple of times before on small things (garbage disposal) and at all times they were great. The AC was very important to us, not only because the weather was so extreme but because of my husbands helath and age. The service tech that Collins sent out was very friendly (which is important to me) and professional and knew his job well. I would highly reccommend them.

I am so sad to report that I am really disappointed in the services given by One Guard (especially in light that I am a Real Estate Broker and refer a lot of business to them). We scheduled service online at 6 am. Called at 8 to make sure they know that I have a husband who had a heart attack a couple years ago and a 10 year old dog who cannot take the heat. They were sympathetic and the contractor came out at a reasonable time (3pm)- see under what did the provider do. After the contractor left we called One Guard and were told that they couldn't do anything until they got pictures from the contractor. They insisted that unit was not maintained well and they wouldn't pay even though my husband told them that we had the unit serviced and could provide proof. In desperation we called our regular AC company. They came out within the hour and made a diagnosis within minutes. And no, the unit was not dirty, a wire had rubbed on a pipe and created a hole, so that all Freon was gone.. Company came back the next day to complete the job as they needed special welding equipment. All the while we were in contact with one Guard sending our own pictures and explaining what was going on. They told at 11:00 the next day that they need a 2nd opinion. My husband had them talk to our repairman to discuss the issues and explained that it was too hot for us to wait another day for someone to come out and then another one to get repairs done. One Guard couldn't care less and shared that it was 110 degrees in Phoenix. One Guard told us to send the contractor invoice ($1,000+) to see if they reimburse us. We did and followed-up and were denied by all departments including the sales rep. So at this point we are out over 1,000 plus the service fee. UPDATE: AFTER GOING THROUGH ALL PAPERWORK, ONE GUARD REIMBURSED US FOR ABOUT 50% OF THE COST -WHICH IS DEFINITELY BETTER THAN NOTHING. IN THIS CASE ONE GUARD PROBABLY PERFORMED BETTER THAN MOST OTHER HOME WARRANTIES, AS OTHERS WOULD HAVE DECLINED CHARGES BY AN OUTSIDE VENDOR. NOT A FUN EXPERIENCE, BUT IS OVER AND WE STAYED WITH ONE GUARD.

After the garbage disposal stopped working, I called OneGuard Home Warranty company and received immediate service. The repair company, Stellar Home Service, responded immediately and their repairmen arrived and replaced the defective garbage disposal within 30 minutes for the repair. I will continue to call on OneGuard Home Warranty company and I plan to renew my contract with them when due. I will also use Stellar Home Services and will and have recommended them to friends and family.

I am satisfied with the service. Because I didn't have issues with them, I just continued using them. They're expensive. Quality-wise, I don't have any complaints; they are okay.

We've actually thrilled with them; we referred them to our neighbours. They're really great to work with. Their customer service is really good. They're very thorough. I asked lots of questions and they always give me straight forward answers. They're very accommodating. They offer so many other services that never known that home warranty offers such as landscaping and pest control. The companies they used locally; they called us right away and they were here in a day or two and we were very happy with them.
