OneGuard Home Warranties

I spent $70. I love them, I use them all the time for my home warranty services. They do electrical, plumbing, spraying for bugs, re keying for locks. If I have something wrong with my rental home I call them. If there is something that they don't do that's when I turn to Angie's List. They'r'e very prompt, courteous, polite, professional and they always answer their phone. The vendors that they sub contract are also polite, professional and courteous. Their work always turns out very well. I never have any problems with it.

Excellent. They were there quickly, did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Highly satisfied!!!

I was not going to use this provider after my displeasure of the incident; however, One Guard Customer Service, Lisa Kuhn, called and asked about my displeasure. She had done research regarding our issue and agreed that it was not acceptable. She offered to send an additional check to help cover the cost of a new dishwasher and gave me her direct number should I ever have any problems. I was extremely pleased with the customer service received and as a result of Lisa's professionalism, decided to use One Guard as our home warranty service for the next year and renewed our contract. I must say that after what was a difficult and frustrating situation, One Guard came through and made me feel better about their company and services in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

We needed a plumber for a pressing issue, not an emergency, and OneGuard got someone to us the next morning. The plumber they sent had an excellent office staff and field staff. I will use them for any future issues.

. They have bad contractors on call , when you check the reviews for the reps they send they are ALWAYS rated POOR the last one broke my stove ,I called for a repair on oven, they sent a second rate contractor, that broke the lock and then said they would order the part, after week they said no part available. the whole process took a month, finally hired my own repair guy who found the part, ordered it and replaced .

We found them on Angie's List. They have been great. We had to use them couple of times, but they sent her people almost immediately. The first time we had to use them was for some air conditioning problem. They had to replace the supplier and they did that. We were having difficulty scheduling the first supplier so then they send somebody else out. They have been very responsive to everything.

I was a little nervous about using the warranty so soon after moving in, but they assured me that using the warranty would not cause me to be cancelled. I sure hope that turns out to be true because I really like their service so far. I called this morning with my plumbing issues and was surprised to have two plumbers in my house within a few hours. I've had one other home warranty (American Home Shield) and both times I called for service I had to wait a few days for a repair person to come. I also wasn't sure whether the $59 service charge that I pay to Oneguard would cover all my current plumbing issues or if I would have to pay $59 for each item, but was again pleasantly surprised to learn that all issues were addressed for just the one fee. This was my first experience with Oneguard and so far I'm very happy.

I have been very happy with them. I would highly recommend them. I was a little disappointed that they raised the premium this. I have always got good service from them. Any time I have ever called them out, they are on the spot. They have always been good. I have been with them for seven years. They are prompt and always respond. They send somebody out that are reliable.

We've had two contracts with OneGuard. On our home, we declined to renew when the increased the rates dramatically. It was far cheaper to go with American Home Shield. Our second contract was on a rental house. They sent us a renewal notice with a stated price for the same coverage. When we tried to renew, they said there would be an additional $150 to cover the refrigerator which was on the prior contract. At best that is quite deceptive and more likely just dishonest and unethical. We will take our business elsewhere. AGAIN!

II called One Guard because I hadn.t received a bill, and found out my home in Conroe Texas was no longer covered, because they didnt have enough service providers in the area. I had used them several times, and was pleased with their work. . That's a shame because I really liked tthem. They could have told me they were dropping my coverage though. That would have been nice. Thats why they get a "C" I had given them "A" in the past.

Prescilla was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided sincere/honest recommendations based on the customers requirements at the applicable price.

I am renewing with One Guard for my fourth year. Up until last year, I only had minor claims on the policy and at times wondered if I could get by going with a less expensive company. But last August, I had a major repair on my Air Conditioning system, requiring multiple visits and a replacement motor. One Guard covered it all without question. Needless to say, I didn't feel the need to shop for a cheaper policy this year.

It is harder to get through now- that is the problem. They get everything done on a timely manner and if it is something that needs to be replaced and you want to upgrade it, they will give you a cash out. Other companies don't do that- that's how I got my new air conditioner, they cashed it out. It was really wonderful -they have saved me about 15.000$. I have recommended them to other people before.

The plumber arrived on-schedule, diagnosed the problem immediately and made the proper repair in a timely manner. Everyone involved in this service call acted in a professional, friendly manner. I have been using this home warranty company for a few years and every call for service has been handled without a hitch.

From the moment of contact until completion of service was very fast. The representives at One Guard were very polite, efficient and friendly. I was contacted by appliance company within 2 hours and was so pleased with the work. I can not tell you how happy we are with One Guard. We used to use AHS and had horror stories with the lack of service and customer support. I feel like I am talking to a small family owned business when I contact One Guard. Fast, efficient,fair price and very friendly is a good discription of One Guard. Keep up the good work. Wish I would have found out about this company earlier. You know it's a good company when the service providers for the compettitors recommend One Guard.

Valve broke on 1 18 at night Reported to OneGuard late on 1/19 local vendor, Carefree Solutions pool repair arranged on 1/20 to evaluate on 1/22 on 1/22 CF So;utions came as scheduled on time, courteous and knowledgeable. on 1/22 their est approved by OneGuard for work to be done Work schedu8led and completed on 1/23 Professional. on time cleaned up mess (he also chemically cleaned my filter at my request and cost) in very cold stormy weather I was pleasantly surprised at how well it all worked.

The contractor they provided gave me reassurance that I did not have a leak in my 2 story home. He quickly assessed the situation but I still had doubts. He was professional and continued to listen to my concerns and still check things out. Also explained what I was heating and why.

They sprayed inside and out for ants. They also placed bait around. Did have a 30 day guarantee as well

My pool heater started to leak. the technician cane in about two days. the first tech told me the heat exchanger was cracked and the entire unit needed to be replaced. then a day or two later another technician came from the same company to take pictures. he told me a header was cracked and could be repaired. he told me it the damage was due to freezing water. I then received a call from one guard who said it would not be covered due to the freeze damage being my fault. the pool had been running and is equipped with a freeze protector unit. the technician said that may have failed because sometimes the sun tricks it into thinking it is warmer and it never activated therefore causing the damage. I asked one guard why this would not be covered because the system was equipped with freeze protection and this is a system failure. I was told "I don't have a good answer." he said it is not covered. to say the least I think that is a terrible answer. the company took apart my heater to evaluate never returned to put it back together or even give me a quote to fix it. there has been a lack of professionalism from both the service company and one guard.

Every time I've called OneGuard they have been extremely polite, professional and responsive. Never any problems whatsoever.

It was very good, I bought it on a recommendation from my property manager.

It went well. The warranty comapny sent over a great contractor. They were very responsive and had great follow up.

Plumber readily determined what the problem was and replaced the part. Knew what he was doing. Worked efficiently. Very personable.
