 + -1 moreI wanted the covers, front and back, to be clear. I had a picture facing out on the back, that I wanted to show. They put a black cover on the back. It was very disappointing. I spent about 100 hours on this, and I wanted it perfect. So, after all my time and energy, I paid $63.00 and it was not perfect! When I saw it, the sales clerk was snippy with me, and said that I must have ordered it that way!
Description of Work: Copied a book I wrote for my grandson and bound it with a metal spiral.

 + -1 moreI meet with Brian and Karen at Office Max and they are very good. Their prices are reasonable and they have everything I need. They have always given me a discount or have provided service for free.
Description of Work: I use Office Max to repair my computer. The people there cleaned up my computer for free the last time I visited them and installed the RAM that I had purchased. I have bought paper, office furniture and ink cartridges from them before.
