Oasis Landscaping and Sprinkler Systems

Description of Work: Lawn and garden, sprinklers, brickwork, electric and painting and housecleaning.

Description of Work: Remove and install sprinkler system. Javier was friendly during the consult. They arrived the day specified and did the job that day. I was out of town. When I returned I found pieces of the old system lying around the yard in various places (from 2-3 foot pieces of tubing to old sprinkler heads and cut scrap pieces). There were multiple locations where the sprinkler lines were not buried. Also, you could easily tell where the main line was buried around part of the house because the mini valley that was now present. I called Javier with these issues and he assured me he would come back to take care of it. He returned with two guys on the specified day and I pointed out the issues. He said no problem. I returned to work as I was using my lunch to come home to meet him. Upon return home I did a quick walk around the perimeter of the house. I found there were improvements, but some scrap pieces remained, there were still two lines not buried, and you could still tell where the main line was burried. After the first rain it became worse because it appears to be buried with landscaping rocks only, not dirt, so it quickly eroded. Instead of using another lunch, I picked up the remaining scraps and burried the lines. The workers I encountered were friendly and attentive but the end product was below my expectations. |At the same time I had contracted them to remove 4 small (3-5" diameter) palo verdes and a large branch from another tree for $1000. They didn't remove the branch so I called and they returned to get it. The trees started growing again in the spots they were 'removed' from so I called them back. The trees are now growing again, again.

Description of Work: Excellent attention to detail when grooming the grass, shrubs, and trees at my home. Very easy to work with!

Description of Work: They mow my lawn and clean it up. They take care of my potted plants and have done some brick/concrete work in the past as well as landscaping.

Description of Work: This company does my yard work and do a very excellent job every time. Recently they built a stone and rock sitting area for us and it is beautiful. They are very courteous and leave every thing immaculately clean.

Description of Work: They mow and take care of our lawn. Any time they see anything else that needs to be done they do it. They also installed a sprinkler system front and back. Did a fantastic job and were very quick and neat about it. Thay are very pleasant people to work with.
