My furnace died Sat night. I jumped on Home Advisor and called G&R Heating and another service. G&R called back within the hour, had a repairman out who confirmed my guess that it wasn't a new thermostat that my furnace needed. So, he gave me 2 estimates, best and better. Due to finances I chose the better.. They were out Monday morning at 9:01. I had asked for between 9-Noon. Took most of the day but they put in a new furnace and properly installed the new thermostat and we are now warm. They were great workers: cleaned up their mess and carried out the old furnace and were very polite and conscientious. Great people!!

We called them on Saturday evening, and John promptly came out. All John wanted to do is install a completely new unit even though ours is only 7 years old. We currently have another company out there right now using dye to find the leak and then put the coolant in there. Hoping this will work, but, at least they are trying and not just selling a unit. I would never recommend this company and if John comes, run away, they are just trying to rip people off. It gives AC companies a bad name.

Adam arrived, on schedule, to evaluate and correct a deficiency in water flow through a humidifier. It took him less than 10 minutes to correct the problem.

After I inquired service, G&R contacted me and came out on short notice. I actually had a service man "Tim" able to come to my residence in 3hrs! He was able to diagnosis the problem immediately! I was so thankful, as it was a cold winter day! He got my furnace working, and a part ordered was installed the following morning! Thanks!

Prompt and transparent

Replaced our furnace. Mike installed and we had heat in a about 4 hours. Hauled away old furnace and left the area clean.
