I had a bi-annual check up. Very friendly employees. They do good work. To be a member and have a plan can be somewhat pricey, though.

Excellent customer service, address me by name based on my phone number and was able to get me an immediate appointment.

I just had the contactor replaced by Oasis Air on my AC. The Oasis tech noticed there was an issue with the compressor and would either need to be replaced or replace the whole unit. The Oasis Tech provided me with some options for new AC units. I was fine with that, but the tech did not offer to remove the part that was just added and just charge me for the service. Instead I had to pay for a part I did not need and still pay for a new unit! I had to pay $500 for a none working AC unit. Parker and Sons was also curious why Oasis did not give the option to remove the part and just charge for the visit. Super bad experience. Do not waste your time with this company.

Techs and on site personnel were great, responded quicker than competitors and was able to guarantee instal date within 36 hours. It was a little difficult dealing with the phone representatives.

Worst installation experience ever! The installer did not possess the proper HVAC service equipment, nor the required knowledge to achieve a certified and reliable system installation. I have thermostat wire literally hanging on my garage wall and they refuse to secure it. The Nest Pro thermostat was wired improperly. I had to f ix it myself. System evacuation was not possible by installer as he did not even possess a micron gauge, nor a vacuum-rated Schrader core removal/system blank off tool. Installers vacuum pump could only achieve 2,8880 microns. Never changes his vacuum pump oil, just tops it up when low. Claimed that he could see a 500 micron vacuum on his non working analog gauges. He must have some incredible eyes!!!!! I had to use both my own vacuum pump (with clean, freshly-changed, water-free vacuum pump oil) and my own micron gauge to achieve proper line-set evacuation per the Ruud condenser install guide. No nitrogen purge used during brazing operations... No Rx11 flushing agent with nitrogen back-sweep before converting the line-set from R-22 to R-410a. Installer manifold gauge set gauges were not even zero had no protective gauge faces. I would not trust that core instrument for any HVAC servicing. My manifold set is way better than what was used and I do not do this every day. New units originally delivered were not what was quoted. I had to notice that also. The installer did not check for proper airflow before setting sub cool/refrigerant charge. Air filter was completely dirty and never checked. The entire company is a sham. It was like hiring a shade-tree HVAC guy who always does it the way he has done it, even when the installation instructions clearly specify how to achieve a proper installation. Customer support is non-existent. You cannot even escalate issues above the only listed phone number on their web-site. Looks like a 3-man show masquerading as a professional HVAC company. I knew that I should have installed this new system myself...of course I pay the man over $10,000 for the assumed professional installation of a simple first-floor 3-ton heat-pump system and I get burned.... Yet, they are very good at collecting their money while never returning to the customer installation site to perform a Quality review of the installation before the customer pays them the remaining 50% balance. One-year labor warranty is a joke and even that requires the customer to pay for two bi-annual Service Calls to get that lame 1-year labor warranty. If other installers are a bad as the one I had (and with the complete lack of ANY SUPERVISION/Quality Control mechanisms) you will more than likely get burned in the near future with a dying compressor shortly after the labor warranty expires at one year. You might get to the 10-year manufacturer compressor warranty if you are lucky. After year one, you will have to pay dearly for hourly labor, by a competent and professional HVAC repair company to install the factory warrantied compressor which is likely to fail if installed by G&R Heating Services (masquerading as Oasis Air in this area). You will never see your friendly salesperson again once you sign up for the installation. ******************** Buyer Beware!!!!! ******************

Very communicative, advised me on methods and reasons why I needed the work I needed, did so efficiently, and educated me about AC to make sure I understood what they were doing. Their price did come through higher than others but you get what you pay for and they were great to work with.

The price of a new thermostat $200, I thought was fairly high.

They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced.

I was told by others that the water line was blocked. None of the other companies took the type to investigate further. Mike V. not only flushed the line, but checked the coolant levels and found the source of the leak in the attic. He was very meticulous and patient to ensure me that he would get to the source of the problem. I have never had a technician who was so determined to get me the help I needed. He suggested a company to purchase a new unit by financing it. My air condtioning unit is more than 15 years old and I know we willpurchase the correct unit and have it installed in the next few days. God bless Mike V. and Oasis air.

We had 2 ac/units serviced. They did a good job. Great communication.

We had others tell us nothing was wrong with the air conditioner and charge a trip charge, several days off and on it did not work for hours and it was hot! Oasis Tech Mike diagnosed explained and fixed the problem within hours and it is working perfectly for the first time in years. We will definitely call them when ready for the purchase of a new unit. Thank You!

We had a weird rattle sound coming from our vents and called Oasis Air to come look at it. Mike V came to look at it and inspect our unit. In about 15 min came back down and told us it was a loose plastic strip around our fam. He tightened it up and fixed it quick. We were about to call our home warranty company but were happy with the quick repair. Honest, quick, and worth the call. If youâ re wondering who to call for your AC issues, call Oasis Air.

My overall experience was ok. I was told my pilot light in my furnace wasn't working. Pilot light was replaced but still having issues due the pilot light will not light up when furnace is turned on. I do know I need to replace my furnace towards the before the weather turns cold.

Good service. Had to reschedule due to truck problems. Service was quick, but communication and diagnosis was a little limited.

John Demartino promptly responded to the emergency call on a Sunday night. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and devised a short-term solution. He did not have the replacement parts necessary for a permanent repair, but he explained what was needed so that it could be ordered.

John was very professional and thorough, will use AAA as my regular service provider.

I had John today as my technician and I couldn't be happier. The company sent me a text with his picture letting me know he was on his way. He explained all my options thoroughly, I did not feel pressured and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
