Amer's reputation lives up to his good name. Had a new AC recently installed by Oasis Air and let me tell you Amer, the AC tech, is the absolute best. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained our old AC was pretty much dying from a coolant (freon) leak. He gave us a quote on our new system (Ecor Unit) and this thing is amazing. Amer took the time to explain the benefits of the new system and make the right recommendation for our house. It has already cut my electric bill by $100. Also, the installation was not perfect, but Amer came out and made it right. Amer is a man of high integrity and truly cares about the customer, which is so darn rare in the AC business. I would highly, highly recommend Oasis Air to anyone.

Was told my AC unit needed replacing Otter came out and said li just has a small leak They tested unit and it still had 4 pounds Freon . Otter put 5 pounds in and a dye . Unit s running well Will be back to check where leak is once dye runs through system Honest company

The tech was good they do not respond to questions. Tech was out said all was OK. System has been making noises reached out and no response from customer service. But they hound you with emails and tect for food fees back . Sad cause needed a reliable havac company here in they valley . From Cali so need to establish good relationships

He explained that our AC was out of coolant and that he was going to refill it. Then he came inside to check the air vents. He was thorough and very professional. And again so kind, and understanding about our hearing issues. Amer is truly a big asset to your company. We look forward to his next visit.

Amer was my contractor and performed routine maintenance on my 16 year old air conditioner. He showed me the worn points and said that if the a/c wasnâ t 16 years old, heâ d recommend the repair for $400+. However, he thought Iâ d be throwing good money after bad and that I should consider replacing the unit now.

this was a basic maintenance with our service contract. The tech was Ahmer...he is a great guy and informed us of our options and worked well with us. We want him for all future calls.

They came out immediately during a heat wave and the new ac was installed quickly.

Amer is very personable and knowledgeable with the service provided.

They were here when they said they would be here and 5 hours later I had a new air/heat conditioner. Did a great job! Amir my normal technician even stopped in to see how they were coming along!

Way too expensive!

The technician was very nice and professional too pictures and explained everything to me and my daughter in law.

I had a bi-annual check up. Very friendly employees. They do good work. To be a member and have a plan can be somewhat pricey, though.
