From the first inquiry, to an upfront quote, updates on arrival, and follow up, all I can say is top notch. Rob Tavolacci and his assistant were very professional. Asked a few questions and then right to work. Although I didn't like hearing the diagnosis, Rob began an inquiry as to warranty on parts immediately even though G&R didn't do installation - WOW!

Tech Delano Meriweather inspected my gas furnace, answered all my questions and gave me winter peace-of-mind. I'll ask for him every time in the future. Raise his pay. Promote him. Never let him go!! The company asked if I could wait a day as they had multiple other Illinoisans who had furance outages. They became "my company" with this kind of moral community ethic. I'm new to Chicago suburbs and they just became my go to HVAC outfit.

Rob took his time to explain to me a system I was unfamiliar with in my new home. I really appreciate the level of customer service.

Was looking to have a unit heater installed in my garage. G & R got someone out to the house the next business day (Wednesday) and scheduled the work for the upcoming Monday. Rob the estimator was a good guy to work with and got the job scheduled on my timeline. Adam installed the garage unit heater the Monday after I received mt quote and did a fantastic job. I real good tech, great attitude and personality. I would work with him again and hope he does our spring and summer service on our HVAC home systems.
