I had them come to take a look at a furnace that wasn?t working. They diagnosed two issues with the furnace. One of which was that the inducer had water in it. Instead of resolving the issue so my furnace would turn back on, they proposed a new furnace for $5500. And then another option to replace my furnace and AC for $10500. Nothing is actually wrong with my AC. After they left, I called an out of state friend that walked me through draining the water in the inducer. Within 30 minutes I had my furnace running again. I?m disappointed it cost me $100.
