Tim came within the time promised. He did a fine job on figuring out the problem with my furnace. He is a very nice person, easy to communicate with. The only negative feeling I have, is that , on the phone call, I asked if they had someone close by to come over. The answer was, " we have people in all areas." The person they sent, came from over 60 miles from my house, hence two hours waiting time. They send who ever is "on call" for that day. I wonder how far a different person could have come from, and how much longer I would have waited, in that case. Otherwise everything else was good.

I had a Ià ¢à  à  ve lighting installed. The technician did a excellent job. I signed up for a service contract.
