Very disappointed, overall. The first scheduled appointment was a no-show. When the tech (A very polite young man) came and did the service today, even he was surprised at how much I was being charged ($219.00). Having someone spray the perimeter (Outside only) of a 1,000 square foot house is simply not worth $219.00. The business model of NW is based around getting homeowners to commit to a subscription (so to speak) where they come out on a regular basis. When I called to confirm that this was the price, the manager I spoke with told me the price for a one-time visit will always be $219.00. Honestly, folks... you can do better than this.

I was recommended this company by my brother who is a contractor. I'm sure they handle much large jobs normally, but they treated my small termite issue professionally and quickly. They were honest about it not being a huge issue or trying to scare me into paying for extra services. The termites have not returned and I'm happily paying for the annual warranty renewal for peace of mind.

They are prompt and call before they come. We have been happy with the services.

Good. Some weeds did emerge, and with one call they were back out to spray again.

We have been using them on an ongoing basis. They come out once in a month and it costs $39 a month. We are very happy with them. They are very friendly. Our technician is Mr. Miguel and he is effective. He explains as to what he is doing. If we have a question or concern, he acts on it. They are just top notch. This is the second home that we have used them at.

The technicians that come out are very professional, but their billing system is a little odd. It leaves me feeling confused at times, and scheduling can be difficult.

It was a complicated job and they got all of the work done. They came when they were scheduled to come. They were responsive and they were willing to come back if we have any continuing problems. They worked with us on pricing for new contracts. I had a good experience with them. When I needed to, I could talk to a manager.

They were on time and addressed the problem.

The best thing about them is the fact that they are very reliable and they do a good job. I always need to be at home when they come because they spray everything inside. Their prices are just like everybody else's.

We are very happy with the work of this company. They are through and the price is great. They are on time and friendly. The workers are always professional and don t try to up sell us for anything. I would recommend them to other people because they get the job done quickly and efficiently. We pay them per month for the service.

I HAVE A HARD TIME SCHEDULING WITH THIS COMPANY. SINCE I WORK, I USED TO LEAVE THE BACK GATE UNLOCKED SO THEY COULD SPRAY THE BACK YARD. THEY WILL NO LONGER SPRAY UNLESS I PUT MY DOGS INSIDE. THE DOGS ARE SMALL AND HARMLESS, AND I CANNOT LEAVE THEM INSIDE ALL DAY. I HAVE REQUESTED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS THAT I NEED EARLY MORNING, MY WORK IS VERY FLEXIBLE AND I CAN HANG OUT UNTIL 10. WE ALMOST NEVER CONNECT, THEY SPRAY THE FRONT ONLY & LEAVE A BILL FOR THE SAME AMOUNT. I THINK IT'S TIME TO FIND A NEW BUG SERVICE.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN OUR SERVICE COMPANY FOR ALL TERMITE PROBLEMS FOR THE PAST FOUR YEARS. AFTER A BAD FLOOD, OUR HOUSE HAD TO HAVE THE CONSTRUCTION TREATMENT REPEATED.
