I am being bullied by this company. What the sales associate told me and what is happening are 2 different things. They are stealing $10671.71 from me. They pressured me into making a decision and heckled me for being a young widow and needing time to figure out financing. Female homeowners beware! The sales associates are ok but the upper management are bullies, chauvinists and thieves.

Excellent product new to Arizona so there may have been a learning curve. Love the patio. It look about 3 months to complete (of course it?s summer in AZ and everyone wants theirs now and in all fairness, the patio is manufactured in Michigan and shipped to AZ). The communication could be improved overall. Nice people but sometimes it was lacking in depth and timeliness.

Nate, was willing to negotiate a price, and he was easy to talk with & sharing what he felt needed to be done. He scheduled the work quickly & came at the time he told he’d be there. He did a great job & even tighten up other areas near the new area he just put in. And he cleaned up the site well. I felt well respected & taken care of & I feel he did a Great job. My new carport, 10 sheet section, looks clean & Beautiful.
