We had several painters come out to take a look at the house (including one of the largest painting companies in Phoenix. Several were not even will to tackle our house because it was such a mess. Shane at Mystic Designs Painting was a real pleasure to work with throughout the process. They did a great job of not only painting, but cleaning up after themselves. After scraping and retexturing the house, they clean up all of the paint shavings and scrapings. They just finished the house today and it looks great. The cost may seem high, but that is because we have a very large house (4,700 square feet) and 14 feet ceilings, so the exterior walls were high. Shane's bid to paint the house was very competitive. We had a couple of bids that were higher than Shane's bid, but no one was willing to provide a guarantee of their work. Shane gave us a two year warranty on his work, which gave us a higher level of comfort. One of the things that I liked about Shane is that he was willing to sign a contract that I prepared. I had a very detailed contract that was four pages long, and Shane did not mind at all. His crew of painters were wonderful and hard working. They showed up each day on time and were pleasant to have around the house. My wife was home with them along throughout the day and she was very comfortable with Shane and his crew. Throughout the preparation process, we would point out areas that needed extra attention, and Shane was great about fixing everything we requested. I would highly recommend Shane and Mystic Designs Painting. We are planning to use Shane for more work over the next couple of weeks. Very happy to provide a good recommendation for this company.
