Tom arrived on time as promised. Quoted us a price that was reasonable and acceptable. We then discussed some stains that were of a concern to us. He pretreated the stains and then cleaned the carpets. All stains are gone, carpet looks great. Tom is very professional and personable. This is the second time he has cleaned our carpets and we are very pleased. We highly recommend his services.

He was a really nice guy - in fact super nice, a very pleasant person and very honest. However, the carpet was really stiff after he was done and took several vacuumings to soften up. I was pleased with everything though, including the price.

I called this company on Labor Day and left a message saying that I needed an emergency carpet clean in a vacation rental I own for the next day, Tuesday. I didn't expect to receive a call back on Labor Day, but they returned my call and were able to come the following day. The carpet was a mess - stained and reeking of pet urine and piles of animal poop beneath the master bed. I completely freaked out when I first saw (and smelled) the unit and I doubted that the carpet could be saved, but this father and son team managed to do it. They charged $290 for cleaning a three-story townhome and also stretched and trimmed the carpet in the livingroom. I was amazed that they were able to thoroughly deodorize the carpet. They did a great job; I was grateful that they came out on such short notice. I felt their charge was reasonable and they were also very pleasant and punctual. I would definitely use them again.

The bedroom carpet was especially dirty, as that is where my elderly mother spends most of her time. There was a large red stain and he was able to get that out with no trouble. He even cleaned two relatively large area rugs, for $12.50 each. A bargain, in my mind. The whole house looks so much better! I would not hesitate to use Tom again, or to recommend him to my closest friend.

Called and Tom was able to help me right away and worked with my schedule. His brother did the cleaning, arriving on time and very pleasant friendly guy. Set up quickly and worked very hard to get the traffic patterns out of our white carpet. Presprayed twice, but unable to remove completely due to wear of carpet.

It went very well from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again.

I spent about $70. They did an incredible job on the grout and the carpet was good too. I would use them again.

Jon and his brother arrived at the time we agreed on. I showed them the great room and 3 bedrooms that needed cleaning. They measured the areas and gave me the estimate, which I agreed to. It took them about 1 1/2 hours to spot the stains, clean the carpts and apply fabric protector to everything. He charged me just $20 for the protective spray in all the areas they cleaned. They did an excellent job and I will definitely call them again next time.

Tom, the owner, came out and did a fantastic job. He was very personable and professional. I'd happily hire him again.

He was a really nice guy, very personable and professional. He did a great job on the leather furniture. It had some stains on it and some of them did not come out but he did a wonderful job and the couch looked 95% better than before.

We needed wall-to-wall cleaned in two big rooms and two halls. Gray carpet showed traffic trails where my wife's oxygen line drags and food spills around dinette table. Mr Hoban postponed our first appointment because of van malfunction. He was punctual to the minute for the new appointment. He did the work professionally and thoroughly to our complete satisfaction, while we waited. The price was fair and the work good. He has bought Action Carpet also, and our invoice bore that name.

Carpet cleaner arrived on time and did a great job. He took extra care to get the tire marks out and was successful. We were pleased with the work and the friendly conscientious service.

I would highly recommend them. I was really pleased with the whole service they provide. They clean every carpet thoroughly. They do what they are supposed to do. They just come in and do their work.

I was recommended to My Three Sons thru a friend who is a realtor. The owner Tom came out and gave me a free estimate, and though his price was a little higher then some I had checked with, my friend said he was worth it because he did great work. He was even honest about whether he thought some spaghetti stains I had in the dining room would come out. He was nice and always let me know what to expect such as the two day process cleaning the tile and grout. The previous owners had color stained our grout so it was much more work then we all expected but he didn't charge us extra. The carpet looked great and the spaghetti stains did come out. The tile and grout came out beautiful and I would use this company again.
