I needed some wiring work done in my rental home. I called Dave based as a referral that said he was expensive but isn't a creepy scam artist. I called and he told me he couldn't go to the home for 10 days. I reluctantly agreed for a 8 am appointment and my tenants waited in dark bedrooms until the appointment date. At 8:30 am my tenant called me to say he had not arrived. I called him and got his voicemail. Finally, at 9 a, he answered my call by saying "Oh ****!! I forgot.....what's the address again?" He tells me he will be there at 9:40. I ask the tenant if she wants me to go to the house in case she had plans. She assured me she would be there all day. At 10:15, Dave texts me that he knocked for 5 minutes and that I should get someone else. I called him to explain that she is definitely there but he kept sending me to voicemail. Dave dropped the ball and forgot about our appointment. I reminded him when he was an hour late for an appointment I waited 10 days for. He told me that he was on his way and would arrive at a time HE selected and was even late for that second appointment. When there was an issue, he chose to simply leave instead of contacting the client to get clarification. When the client tried to bridge the gap, he refused to accept the call. He is the text book definition of rude and unprofessional. I never write reviews but this was too much not to.

This review is not entirely accurate. I was called out for an estimate, not a service call. Yes, I was late for that scheduled appointment and I did head there immediately. This was in the pouring rain mind you. I showed up and knocked on the door. I continued to knock for over five minutes with no response. Tried calling [Member Name Removed] but no answer. I left for another service call. So far, an hour in travel and waiting wasted. By the time [Member Name Removed] called me, I was at the next service call. I told him I did not appreciate being stood up after traveling that distance and it would be better if he found someone else. If that makes me "Rude", I'm sorry, but "Rude" goes both ways here apparently.
