Description of Work: I searched Angie's List for termite inspection companies and Moxie Pest Control of Arizona listed a 50.00 deal to inspect for termites. However, when I called to schedule the appointment after not receiving a service call, they told me they do not provide termite inspection services. They did state that they could subcontract it out, but I want the company that is listed, not a subcontractor that I am not aware of. Therefore, I'm confused as to why they posted the service to Angie's List and I would like my 50.00 refunded to me so I can find another provider. Thank you

Description of Work: I had bugs flying near my skylight. I called MOXIE, and we scheduled an appointment. I asked them what I could do about the bugs while waiting for my appointment.( There were a ton of bugs flying around, and I wanted them GONE!). The MOXIE crew asked me to text them a photo. It turns out that I had a swarm of termites in my skylight! MOXIE doesn't treat termite infestations, but recommended another company. They even called the other company and stayed on the phone while I talked to the termite company rep. Within an hour of calling MOXIE, I knew what I was dealing with and had a good referral for another company. Although I didn't end up hiring MOXIE, I appreciate that they went above and beyond the call of duty and would definitely hire them in the future.

Description of Work: Moxie did an initial service (inside and outside) for $69 with a one-year service agreement. The route manager, Dallin, that initially informed me of their service and pricing was professional and very thorough in explaining their service. Jeff, the technician that actually performed the initial service, was very thorough in spraying inside and out, cleaned out all cobwebs from the eves, and treated my house and yard for a variety

 + -1 moreJust before moving into my newly constructed home, I met my neighbor who recommended getting an exterminator and by the end of the week, I had two personal solicitations for pest control from door-to-door sales reps. Both were competitive in their pricing structure but I found Moxie's rep to be more informed of the service; how and when it would be provided. While there was pressure to set up the appointment, I told him I wanted some time to review my options. Upon agreeing to use Moxie, I was scheduled and Jeff the technician arrived at the appointed time. I found Jeff to be a little nervous but well-trained to execute the initial pest control service on my property. He reviewed the service he would provide and executed the same with a high regard for my new home. There were no surprise charges and I had a follow-up call from Moxie to ensure that the technician had arrived on time.ss

 + -1 moreMoxie sales guy showed up the same day I was thinking, jeeze i really need a good pest control company, It was fate. I had dropped O***n for jacking the price up WAY to high in this economy... They weren't looking out for me, that's for sure and having to call constantly for spot check pest problems was getting to be a routine. I want a "spray once and forget" kind of pest control company. That is where Moxie shows up. The guy was great, no pressure sales, knowledgeable and fairly priced IMHO. I looked them up on Angies List and they got A's and B's. so I signed the contract for 1 year at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. They showed up this morning on time and ready to work. The gentleman was polite and worked quickly and thoroughly. We'll see how well their pest control products perform and I'll write up another review about that in a few months.The billing folks where easy to work with, answered the phone immediately and where polite and quick as well. 5 stars for now. We'll see if that lasts. Hopefully they don't develop corporation syndrome like that OTHER company or I'm gone.Sick of corporations making the rules... They seem to forget, we still have a choice where to spend our money and CONTRACTS are breakable if said party does not perform.
Description of Work: Pest control, inside and out. Gentleman swept under eaves clearing cobwebs etc. and sprayed thoroughly outside perimeter and inside living areas. No odor or stains thus far.
