Owner, Richard answered phone for quote and was patient with my questions and concerns for multiple job request. Both Richard and his licensed son arrived early and prepared. Again, listened patiently to my "old house" stories and got right to work. Friendly professional trusted tradesman are words that come to my mind and am typing this review as I was very thankful to find Richard. They finished under expected quoted phone time and billed appropriately. Good honest folks to work with, highly reccomend. Cheers!

The plumber was knowledgeable, courteous, and exceeded my expectations. He told me how to fix it over the phone, but I felt more comfortable with him doing the work. He came the next day and fixed it right away.

Richard was quick to respond and after giving the estimate scheduled the repair for the next day. Drips no more. Thank you Richard.

It was a good price, but he's not licensed. I was really happy with him when he had come to do work for me, then I read the article on Angie's List about licensing. He answered his phone, came when he said he would and even came back after we put in tile to put in our fixtures. He didn't charge for that, he just told us to call when we were ready and he came that same day. I wouldn't have any problem recommending using him and we'd use him again.

Matt arrived exactly on time and was professional, friendly, and courteous. He fixed the backyard spigot and took care of our kitchen sink (yay!). After investigating that porch puddle, he determined that it was due to our crazy sprinkler system (which happened to be hooked up to our idle fountain). He suggested that we a have an irrigation specialist simply cap off the sprinkler line. This was perfect, since our yard is small and I hadn't used the sprinklers since our big, yellow Lab ripped out most of the lines---that was pretty much the worst thing she's ever done. We will definitely use Mountain Park Plumbing the next time we need a plumber!

Matt arrived on time, were very curteous and knowledgable. He quickly determined that I had the wrong shower fixturing and provided advice to resolve. He repaired the fountain leak and helped debug the high water usage issue (related to the irragation settings). The installation of the sink facets was done quickly but with attention to detail. He left the bathrooms as clean and tudy as he found them.

They only charged for parts and didn't charge for their service. They are great and we've used them for about two years. They are willing to travel far. If they come and do work and something happens later, they only charge for the parts and not the service. They are really friendly and very knowledgeable about their job.

He was very honest with me, letting me know that he could not do the job. He was, however, very knowledgable regarding what needed to be done, and gave me information about how the job ought to be accomplished and how to check for the safety of the hookup once it's done.

Matt is a very good guy...very personable and very helpful. He did everything right plus when I questioned him about other things that may have to be done in the future (the house is 20 years old) he explained everything. He has a very good personality and is very easy to talk to and takes his time. You feel very comfortable with him. As I said he his a very good guy and I would reccomend him and use him again anytime.

I called Richard at 7:45 this morning. He had a worker out to my property within 45 minutes and the issue was fixed within 15 minutes or so. Excellent experience. The worker was well-spoken and explained everything that was going on. Afterwards, he also gave me several good tips on related issues. I would highly recommend this company and will for sure be using them from now on for any plumbing needs. Great work! This is exactly how to run a successful business!

Excellent. Richard came early, worked fast and did it right.

How did it go overall? As good as can be expected when a pipe cracks beneath your home. Mountain Park had my hot water up and running within 4-5 days.

He came out and told me it was an inside part that needed to be replaced and that I had to call the manufacturer. I always get a little intimidated calling companies and manufacturers, so he helped me find the company online and even called them for me to order the part. Once we received the parts I called them back and they came out right away and made the repair...and just like they typically do, they went the extra mile and even polished up the chrome of my kitchen faucet. I always get great service and they always manage to do something unexpected and are always looking for ways to make me a happy customer. They clean up very well after themselves.

He was very prompt. He explained what he was going to do very thoroughly. He was very friendly. I would definitely hire him again. He got the job done quickly and he also came back out the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly.

I searched Angie's List and found nothing but glowing remarks about Mountain Park Plumbing. I called Richard and explained the problem. He told me the likely cause, a stuck pressure valve, and as I am marginally mechanically inclined (or at least inclined to try) he gave me tips on how I might fix it myself. I tried what he suggested, it didn't work, and he gave me some more tips when I called back. I tried those and still couldn't fix it. I finally made an appointment for him to come out the next day. It turns out that the tips he gave me were correct and, if I had correctly implemented them, I would have fixed the shower myself. In any event, he fixed the problem in fairly short order and all is well. Even though I hadn't used Mountain Park before this, Richard was willing to take a few minutes on the phone telling me how to fix the problem myself. Sure, it only cost him a few minutes and even if I ended up fixing the problem myself, it was good customer relations that may lead to future business. Still, most businesses don't recognize that and it was a smart move on his part. It turns out that he got the job (albeit a small one) anyway and he now has a loyal customer. Richard and his son both showed up for the job. They were pleasant, punctual and neatly dressed. MPP is apparently a father and son outfit, which I think is a good thing. The owner and his family are frequently more interested in customer service than a guy who is just punching the clock. As stated elsewhere in this report, I think that I got more than my money's worth. Sure, they fixed the problem. That was expected. But, because I was obviously interested in learning about what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it, they willingly answered my questions and told me things that will be helpful in the future should this problem happen again (this is the second shower valve to have this problem in my home in the last few years... too bad I didn't remember much about the first repair!).

He is very professional about the job. He is quick working for me. He always shows up on time. He had called me to see if he could come early to do the work. He always cleans up everything before he leaves.

Mountain Park Plumbing was great! They encountered a problem with my shut off valve (it wasn't a surprise) and fixed that in addition to installing new fixtures and a new garbage disposal. The work was professional, they were prompt, and they cleaned up well after the job. I would strongly recommend this company.

Showed up right on time. Very professional. Clean work. Considering the quality work, a fair price.

The service was complimentary because they had replaced the same part a year ago. They thought the part might have been defective and I thought that was quite generous since the part was a year old. They're always very courteous and punctual and I appreciate that they call about a half hour before they arrive.

After talking to the service center of the major manufacturer of my water heater, they determined it was defective. One of my plumbers returned the defective water heater to the home improvement store where it was purchased. Mountain Park plumbing recommended replacing it with a more reliable water heater that was also cheaper. The plumber also pursued getting a refund for me which I did not expect. When he returned with the new water heater he also handed me a Lowe’s gift card for approximately $330. I would have never realized that I qualified for this refund. This was a fantastic experience and I would definitely call them anytime I need service.

This is the second time we have had an excellent experience with this company. This time we noticed a soggy spot near our water spigot in our backyard. I called Richard and described the problem. He was very quick to respond (as he was the first time we had work done). He replaced the hosebib which was corroded and leaking and then excavated the PVC line to determine if it was leaking also. He discovered that the PVC line was cracked around the fittings and had been leaking underground for quite some time. He replaced everything and gave me detailed instructions on how long I should wait before turning the water on to the backyard as well as making sure that I let the ground dry before replacing the dirt. He did all of this in under 1 hour and in 115 degree heat. I can't believe how reasonably priced, efficient and professional these guys are. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs some plumbing work done.

I would definitely use them again as they fixed a problem that two other plumbers said that they couldn t do. They fixed it fast and they cleaned up after themselves. I never really had a problem with them at all. I always call them when I am having problems with plumbing.

Very well, MPP asked questions and provided options. Shower mod was difficult and not a DIY job. Father/son team were exactly on-time and finished in 4 hours. Cleaned area when finished.
