They came out almost a week after calling, I figure the word was out they were good, so they stay busy. They were early, professional, neat, polite and worked quickly to resolve noise in the pipes. Additionally, while they were here, they repaired a small leak under a sink that I had not even told them in advance about. They were willing to honor my Angies list coupon, but offered me a better discount that they they put out through our local paper. They were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

UPDATE - I received a follow up voicemail after posting this review, which is good. The gentleman stated he had left a message stating he could not schedule the work I needed done. I received no such message so if it was left, the wrong number was called, which happens. I adjusted some of the ratings based on this. Overall, still not the best experience but I'm glad for the call.

They were great. They did everything just right. I spent more than a $100 and less than $200 on their services. They were prompt and they knew what they were doing. They did it and they were finished and gone. They're prompt and they know what they're doing, and they do it. They're very professional. I will absolutely use their services again in the future if I need to.

Most of the time I was in Dallas and my wife had plumbing problems here in Phoenix. They came in and diagnosed the problem. They didn't make her feel like she didn't know anything about plumbing. They were very nice. They were very courteous and polite. They found the problem and fixed it. They came and did excellent work. I w2as very satisfied with the service. Recently they came and replaced bathroom fixtures. The owner and the son provided the service. They couldn't have been more personable. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. I would use them in the future.

I needed a garden faucet replaced and used Angie's List to locate a plumber in my neighborhood. Service was exceptionally fast (the time between the phone call and the work being finished was less than 2 hours), due in part to an earlier job near my house that finished early. I know I probably can't expect that kind of response every time, but it was very nice. Richard was friendly, efficient, experienced and had lots of helpful advice. I'll definitely use Mountain Park Plumbing again.

Pleasant to talk with, professional to deal with. I asked some questions about some other work I might want done in the future and felt no pressure. They didn't try to up-sell me on the job at hand. I will use them again.

Overall, service was good. Price was good. The only problem was the plumber forgot to turn on the water heater after he was finished, so the next day, when I took a shower, the water was cold.

Excellent experience. From the original phone call asking for service to the technician, after completing his work, referring me to a plumbing supply business for parts to replace my tub fixtures. Arrived on time, explained in normal terms (in English!) what the problem was, and then repaired the issue in about 10 minutes. Then spent the time to explain how to do some upgrades on my own (and of course volunteered his company's services should I need them, which I will, and will gladly call them back!). My only issue is their base fee for a service call is a bit high ($118), but the tech did apply a current coupon for me. Anyway, I'm VERY happy!

Arrived as promised within a few hours of the call. Replaced a worn entry hose/connector to the hot water tank which completly cured the problem Offered advise on replacing the tank at some point in the future as it is now obsolete and > 10 years old.

I contacted the company on Monday afternoon and they were able to schedule the service for the first day and time that I was available (that Thursday morning at 8:00am). Matt pulled up to our home at approximately 7:55am (perfect timing). He was both courteous and professional, and went to work immediately. I had left the replacement faucets in their boxes on the appropiate sinks. In less than an hour, my old cruddy faucets were gone, the new beautiful faucets were installed, and the bathrooms were spotless. In fact, Mountain Park Plumbing's senior partner even stopped by to assist for a few minutes. Needless to say, I was amazed at the company's efficiency. Before he left, Matt recommended some products (all easily available and not expensive) that would help keep my new fixtures looking like new. He also advised me to wait a day before replacing items under the sink, just in case there was a factory defect with any of the faucets--that could result in leaking. This was very appreciated. Lowe's (where we purchased the faucets) quoted an installation price of $99 for EACH fixture--and this is not including any kind of tax. For less expense, our faucets were replaced in less than an hour, the service provider showed up at an exact time (no 3 to 4 hour "window"), and the job was executed perfectly. I would absolutely use Mountain Park Plumbing in the future and am very happy with their service!

I called and got a quote over the phone for replacing a water heater. I was calling a few plumbers for quotes. I had a good experience the last time I used Mountain Park and was told they could get out for me the next day. I was quoted a price for if they supplied the water heater and labor, or a labor only cost if I provided the water heater. Richard was discouraging a water heater from "Home Depot" so I asked what brand name he would put in and he said he would put in a "Premier". So I looked up Premier and saw good reviews and agreed to have him replace the water heater with his choice. The appointment was for 11am and at 11:51 the tenant advised me the work was complete and they once again had hot water. In the late afternoon I received a message to call to make payment. I called to make payment over the phone and was told of additional costs ($60) for new valve shutoff and supply line. The possibility of extra charges should have been advised in the original discussion. I asked for the discount that appeared in the Ahwatukee foothills paper and Richard obliged. A few days past and I had an opportunity to look at the water heater that was installed. It is not the Premier as I expected but a brand called Garrison, which has very little information or reviews available on the internet. I am not excited about what I feel was a bait and switch. I may be wrong in that feeling but I do want to make it clear it was not what was expected from the phone conversation. I would like to use Mountain Park plumbing in the future, but am unsure if I will.

I have used them before...Matt came to the house and examined the kitchen faucet.....and told us we needed a new one. He did not charge us for the visit....We bought a new faucet and called Matt who promptly came out the next day to install the faucet plus the cartridges. I called Matt again becausse I like him....he is very agreeable, very helpful and knows what he is doing. He speaks straight (no baloney) and he is a really nice guy.

Richard was extremely prompt (within 30 minutes of my call) and did not charge me a dime. We just moved into the home and did not have an opportunity to meet with the previous owner to get questions answered. Other plumbers I called first indicated the fee for locating the cleanout would be approximately $175-$200, and Richard found it within 10 minutes for no charge. He has definitely earned my future business as well as my recommendation to all.
