They were right on time and it was perfect. They were here like two minutes early.

Matt came the same day we contacted. When he arrived, we did not have to remind him what the problem was. He explained the drain structure in a language that non-professionals can understand easily. He was not only knowledgeable in what he does, but also very personable that made us at ease. We've had several plumbers through Angie's List. He is definitely the best one!

I called at 7AM. Matt arrived at 9:30AM. He new exactly what to do and did it. This is the fourth time I have used him. Matt is a very agreeable, pleasant nice guy who you enjoy seeing and makes you feel comfortable. I consider him my plumber

Matt showed me the old valve and how it was degraded. We had purchased a new faucet assembly if that was the case and they installed it without a hitch. He also looked at a problem I was having with my auto-fill line for the pool @ no charge.

We had a significant irrigation line leak and a control box that only worked when we set it in reverse. Matt and his co-worker quickly identified the problem and fixed the line leak. They also identified the problem with the control box and traveled from Ahwatukee to Mesa to get us a new controller for the control box and installed and programmed in all of our original settings, all in the same day while also handling other business. They were on time, knew their business, quickly fixed our problems, and charged a very fair price, giving us credit for the coupon in the Ahwatukee community newspaper. We highly recommend Mountain Park Plumbing, Inc.

I called Mountain Park Plumbing to replace my water heater and Richard and his crew were at my home within 3 hours of my call. They installed a new highly rated (Consumer Reports) 80 gal tank and hauled away my rusty old one. Richard was friendly and knowledgeable and his crew was very efficient. They had the new water heater up and running in no time! I'll call Mountain Park Plumbing for all my plumbing issues in the future. They're great!!

I was moving out of a rental property and at the VERY last minute, I remembered that I had to remove a $400.00 RO system that I had installed for personal use. I contacted Mountain Park Plumbing (found on Angies List) the day before I had to vacate the property. They arrived on time, got it done (amongst all the chaos of the movers) quietly and efficiently. For all of us that have had large moves to accomplish – chasing down a contractor or having a job done incorrectly is the last thing you need. I was grateful for their professionalism, promptness and for a job well-done. That night, the last item to be removed was the refrigerator. After the water line was disconnected from the fridge, the water kept flowing. The valve was calcified and stuck in the open position. At this point it was 2:00a.m. and I was not able to leave the home because if I did the entire first floor would have flooded. For the next 5 hours I let the water flow into a large bucket, emptied it…..at 7:00a.m. I contacted Mountain Park Plumbing and told them of the situation. By 7:45 they arrived. By 8:30a.m. it was fixed. I remain thankful and unable to express my dismay that I moved out of their service area! This was, without exception, THE best plumbing company I have ever hired. Though I stated in my review, the prices were a little more than what I was expecting, their service was and is worth it. Thank you Mountain Park Plumbing!

Richard is a no nonsense, honest, get-down-to-business kind of plumber. I had another Angie's List recommended plumber come out to my house and give me a quote for the same job that was TEN TIMES what Richard charged me. That's no typo. If you want to be taken advantage of and sold gadgets that you really don't need, look somewhere else. If you want a plumber with integrity to charge you a fair rate to fix your plumbing problems quickly, call these folks.

I had a toilet that was not draining and water was coming out between the toilet and the floor. Other fixtures were also not draining (shower, another toilet). Richard and his partner came out and used the snake to try to break through the plug. This didn't work. They then had to open the main sewer line through the clean out ports outside. One clean out port wouldn't unscrew so they ended up cutting it out and replacing it. They worked for awhile with a motorized snake and determined that they were not able to unplug the main line. The main line was apparently plugged with tree roots. Richard told me they were not able to fix the problem, recommended someone to call and told me how to work with that company, explaining exactly what I needed them to do. They were very responsive. This wasn't my house and I didn't know the area so I just picked a plumber. They said they would be there in about 2 hours but ended up calling telling me they would be early. We had trouble finding the clean out ports so they then left but they came back when I found the ports and called them back. They worked hard to unplug the line but knew when to quit - when they couldn't get it unplugged. And, they refused to charge me because they did not fix the problem. I was amazed. Integrity is still out there! I highly recommend this company and would use them again if I need a plumber in Ahwatukee or South Phoenix.

Mountain Park Plumbing was able to come out and provide an estimate within a few hours of my call, I authorized the repairs on the spot and they were able to complete the repairs that same afternoon. The next day there was still some leaking from the pipes and I called them, they came out immediately and tightened the connections to correct the problem. Mountain Park Plumbing was responsive, prompt, professional, efficient and produced high quality work. I plan to use them in the future for my plumbing repairs.

He provided a warranty on his work and the product used, when asked for one, and left a clean and tidy job site when work was completed. We highly recommend Richard and Mountain Park Plumbing.

They were great: there were a couple of problems with the fixtures (I had purchased them separately) and they came back several times to fix them--and never charged for the extra visits. On one visit, they noticed that there was a leak in my irrigation system and fixed it quickly for no charge. Excellent work and very courteous workers.

Matt came on time and fixed toilet then checked the kitchen faucet which wasn't giving any cold water. Found line was crimped and no good so I went and purchased new one and he returned same day to install it for me. Very pleased with the service.
