Richard and his associate were able to accommodate our schedule and needs and really short notice. They were prompt, professional and did a wonderful job in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend them to others and would hire again.

Everything went quite well, Richard showed up promptly at the scheduled time and got right down to business. He wrote up his assessment of the problem, and related it directly to the identified issue on the inspectors report.

Great. Did job fast and very professional.

Job 1: Excellent. Job 2: Mr. Phillips thought of a novel solution which greatly improved the slow drainage problem with my new kitchen sink and disposal. The 'standard' fix would not have improved the drainage significantly enough to warrant the expense. He thought about the problem overnight and came up with a creative solution. I'm very impressed. He was able to greatly improve a situation which the kitchen remodeling contractor's plumber had created.

Job 1: We came home and discovered a small leak in the ceiling above our kitchen. I called Richard and he said he'd be here in 30 minutes, turns it less than 20. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the job going and completed in under 30 minutes. This is the kind of company that I will definitely do business with again. Job 2: Excellent.

Overall, they were terrific - polite, prompt, and professional. Richard called me within 1 hour of my initial after hour's message. He sent Matt on Day 1 to confirm the slab leak. Richard met the locating company the next morning (Day 2) and Matt returned an hour later to fix the problem. All in all - the repair took them about 4 labor hours to fix (between both days). I think that is where I was a little disappointed with the cost. Although they were consistent with the quote provided, I assumed it would be a much more labor intensive process then what it turned out to be. Not knowing what a repair of this kind would typically cost and needing to have it fixed immediately, I opted not to get multiple estimates. I would certainly use the company again - I just have a feeling that I could have had this fixed for less money. I also would have preferred that they not toss the extra wet cement in my garbage can - I had to chisel it out.

I found Richard on Angie's List after getting an outrageous bid (5 times higher than Richard)to repair sewer line that had dropped with age; line also lacked significant fall preventing "stuff" from running through pipe efficiently. Bottom line, we were backing up in toilets, showers. Even Richard sputtered at the other bid. Clearly hated to hear about someone being taken. I was beside myself. Richard was very supportive and was over here the next day with reassurance and a reasonable bid. Not only was the bid reasonable, the scope of work was far less destructive than what had been proposed by the other bidder. First bid would have seen the stucco fence torn down and front walk torn up. Richard and crew arrived on time, very professional; installed a new pipe inside the old one and a pump to push everything through. The only way one could tell something was done was a small dirt covered area in middle of yard. Grass grew over that quickly.

The work was excellent, quick and the explanations were thorough and helpful, including for some other issues that were not part of the billing. These folks are great, true professionals.

I choose Mountain Park Plumbing because of the excellent reviews on Angie's List. Now I can confirm that this company is top notch. When I called at 2pm on 1/30/07 and left a message, Richard returned my call within a few minutes and was willing to squeeze me in between jobs - even though this was my first time calling. He arrived with Matt about 20 minutes later, and determined the problem. He supervised and assisted as Matt replaced the lower element and also cleaned up water that dripped on the floor. Both were extremely professional - neat appearance, pleasant personality, polite, and fine workmanship. I was thankful that Richard was concerned enough to call back later to make sure the hot water was on. I was so pleased when they returned to fix the next problem with this water heater which is only 2+ years old. I was totally impressed with the service, price and quality of work performed. I am happy to have a reliable plumber for all my future needs.

Everything went very well. The workmen were on time, looked neater than any plumber I have ever used before with white shirts and dark pants. One worker took on the toilet issue which was quickly resolved by changing the float valve which didn't look to be an issue, but turned out it was and the other worker quickly switched out the faucet and the shower flow works really well. I was quite impressed and will probably make them our permanent plumbers.

We have used this company several times and they always do a good job.

It was at the base of the faucet and causing a leak on to the pipes under the sinks. They had to do a diagnostic along with replacing the part. Always prompt. I appreciate that they say they're going to be at my home on time or will call otherwise. Always clean up after themselves. Very respectful and courteous to the customer. I find that their prices are very competitive to other plumbers.

Responded promptly. Called on Monday, came on Tuesday. Came a little bit early. Very nice and he seemed very knowledgeable. We are keeping the number for any future plumbing needs.

Very professional. Even called on the day of service, said he could come a little earlier, and asked if that was okay.

Mountain Park Plumbing is a wonderful company. Mr. Phillips and his associate were at my home less than 10 minutes after my phone call. He was able to thoroughly assess and fix the problem. Both gentlemen were professional and pleasant--as I said before, Mr. Phillips actually paused while he was leaving to tighten the doorknob on our front door. I will definitely use this company in the future!

We are remodeling our new house in Phoenix and I called Richard about coming to perform the plumbing work after reading glowing reports about him on Angie's List. I have to say the reports were absolutely correct. I was at the house having countertops installed and the doorbell rang. It was about three hours early and Richard and Matt had come by just to check everything out and make sure they were ready to go. We re-scheduled the appointment for two hours earlier than we originally planned because I had extra work for them to do. They showed up promptly at the given hour and set to work immediately. As they went, they made suggestions as to the best way to do things for our benefit. They were efficient, professional and did a phenomenal job. Richard and Matt are true professionals. Richard also made suggestions to pass onto my shower contractor to make sure he did things right. I would highly recommend Mountain Park Plumbing to anyone and plan to do so.

The servicemen were early, clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. Both toilets were repaired satisfactorily.

On a Monday morning after returning from a weekend away, we discovered a water leak in front of our house resulting in water running into the street. My husband turned off the water main to the house, which was very inconvenient with a toddler at home. I called Mountain Park around 9 AM, and the plumber and his assistant arrived around 2:40 PM that day. Within twenty minutes, they had determined a valve to the lawn s sprinkler system had failed. They shut off the water to the outside and turned on the water into the house. They did not have the necessary valve on their truck and returned the next morning at 9 and left by 9:40. Their work required using a shovel. I greatly appreciate a visit on the same day as my call and their effort to communicate to me about the problem. Mountain Park is the only plumbing service we use.

They arrived early! They were very polite. I had another plumber come out twice to unplug the drain and each time the problem slowly reoccurred. This time the plumber was able to identify what the OTHER plumber was doing wrong and fixed it!!

Scheduled a service appointment within hours of my call. Team of two checked for my OK to arrive early, then took care of everything within 90 minutes, including moving stuff under the sinks and replacement of one bad shutoff valve. Looks better than new! They were thoroughly professional and polite, and they answered all my questions. I didn't ask for an estimate in advance, but the price was much lower than similar work done by someone else on a home warranty call in 2004. Well worth it!

Matt and Richard arrived on time. They were polite and friendly, explained what they were going to do and then showed me the work they did when finished. They were at my house for about 30-45 minutes, and charged me their service call rate. I will use Mountain Park Plumbing again.

He was on time, did what I asked, and is a good guy. I will use them again.

Richard is a nice guy and seems very honest. He did the work for exactly what he quoted me, which was $700 less than the minimum estimate from a different plumber.

The 2 men came 10 minutes early. They immediately went to work and within 25 minutes, the job was finished. Everything was left very neat. They replaced 2 O-rings and one of them told me that because we had let it go for so long, we'd have to have the faucet replaced next time. I appreciated his telling me that so that we can be prepared if anything goes wrong with the faucet. I will definitely call them again if we have any further plumbing problems.
