Mountain Park Plumbing

Description of Work: We have used Mountain Park Plumbing several times (e.g., to install a kitchen sink and disposal, install a toilet, install a hot water heater in the kitchen, fix a shower). A real plumber picks up the phone when you call and then arrive when they say (or call that they're running later than expected). They work quickly, yet don't cut corners. I believe their prices are reasonable. They are often pretty busy but will work with you to schedule as needed.

Description of Work: Richard was on time, clear and fast. I had more than one appointment with him and he was on time both times. I work from home so scheduling acvuracy is important to me. We got good service and advice at a good price.

Description of Work: Matt, who is the owner's son, came out to give us an estimate for repair of slab leak. When my husband called back to see if company could schedule the job, owner refused citing the reason"because of your wife". At the time of the estimate, this "wife" asked Matt lots of questions about the plumbing and did not say anything rude or disrespectful to him. Quote was for $1400 to run a sleeved PEX line through downstairs pipe, or $2200 to run new line overhead if it was the second story line affected. Bids from other companies were less expensive.

Description of Work: Called because I had a leak in the pipe in the front of my house. Wanted to find out what was wrong and get estimate to fix it. The plumber said he had an open appt and would come over and take care of it. When I got home, the work was done. No estimate, no note, nothing. I received a voicemail the next day asking me to call with my method of payment. This was extremely annoying. I called and paid him the hundred bucks because he said that was the cost of his "service call." I didn't really clarify that the estimate was going to be free so I ate the hundred dollars and thought I would be done with it. The next day, I noticed the pipe is still wet. It isn't dripping the way it was before he came but the problem certainly hasn't been fixed. I am not calling him back because the last thing I need is another one of his surprises. I will go with another service. I recommend you do the same.

Description of Work: Contacted Mountain Park to look at a possible water leak somewhere in our home. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaking external faucet and piping. They made quick repair/replacement and I went from looking at a possibly expensive issue to a quick and relatively inexpensive solution. They were on time, called when they were on their way and followed up. Great service.

Description of Work: Remove toilet, snake line all the way to city connect, reset toilet.

Description of Work: Serviceman came out to check hot and cold faucets on bath tub. He arrived promptly at 3:00 pm, was very courteous and diagnosed the problem immediately. He was the most polite, professional service technician I have ever encountered, and I would not hesitate to contact Mountain Park Plumbing again. He was terrific!

Description of Work: I got prompt sevice. They brought and installed new 50 gal water heater. Water Heater valve replaced. Exterior water main cutoff valve and spigot replaced.

Description of Work: CAME OUT AS REQUESTED, GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR THE WORK WE WANTED DONE. UNFORTUNATELY HE WAS SCHEDULED OUT FAR ENOUGH THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO EMPLOY HIS SERVICES.
