+ -1 moreThe new faucet we'd bought through a plumbing supplier did not work properly after installation by our own plumber. We contacted the retailer who called the manufacturer and learned that an incorrect washer had been shipped with the faucet. The correct washer was shipped to the retailer who sent out Port Miler from Miler Plumbing & Mechanical to repair the problem. Port arrived exactly when promised, he was personable and knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly. We were not familiar with his company, but I can guarantee that, should we need a plumber for any reason in the future, we will be calling him.
Description of Work: An incorrect washer had been factory-installed in our new faucet. Miler Plumbing was sent by the retailer to install the correct washer. While here, he also tightened the pipe fittings to repair a minor leak that had developed from the original installation by our own plumber.
