 + -1 moreI was referred to this company by calling another pest control company who referred this company for termite inspection. Great consultant send out who was very honest.He told me that I did not have termites and showed me the site online that allows you to see if your house was treated for termites. He then told me the approximate cost per square foot so I would have baseline for how much the service costs if I ever had a problem with termites.I liked them so much I used them for pest control on the same visit. I would have given higher marks but I the pest control portion of the service didn't work as pests returned in the backyard and porch with a vengeance within 7 days of service.

 + -1 moreABOUT A WEEK OR TWO AFTER THEY DID THE SPRAYING, I STILL HAD A PROBLEM WITH BUGS. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME OUT AND SPRAYED AGAIN AT NO CHARGE. HOWEVER, I STILL HAD BUGS. I DID NOT CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY SEEM TO CARE A LOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR WORK MIGHT BE BETTER IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA RATHER THAN THE RURAL AREA I LIVE IN.
Description of Work: SPRAYED FOR BUGS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, INCLUDING AROUND OUT BUILDINGS ON 1 ACRE.
