Very good. Price seemed a touch high, but a lot needed to be done. Hard to tell.

We were satisfied with the tree trimming. However, a few days after they were there, we noticed large patches of our expensive new lawn were burned and dying. We were shocked (see the before and after pictures). We contacted Mike about the issue but did not hear back from him. So we contacted him again and finally heard that he would come out and look at it (this after nearly 2 weeks). So he came out and looked at the dead grass and said that he had no idea what it was. He said that it certainly was burned but didn't want to take responsibility for the burned areas. He blamed us by saying that water wasn't getting to those areas. We had just had our sprinkler company out to check our sprinkler system and adjust and replace all the sprinklers, so we turned the system on to prove to Mike that water was getting to all of the areas (that was why it looked so good before his men came out). Reluctantly, Mike said he would come out and put some organic fertilizer on the areas but did not offer to replace the dead areas. That was the last we saw him. No follow up. Nor fertilizer. His customer service is horrible, and we will never use this company again.

Excellent..Kendall and his crew are great..did exactly what I had requested..he also had a few suggestions regarding the landscaping that improved the look of my yard..will keep using for sure.

When you purchase the coupon, the webpage allows you to pick a preferred date for service. I purchased the coupon on 2/20 or thereabouts, and requested service on 2/24. I did not hear back from the company, so called them. Mike answered his phone and told me he's see when a crew would be in my area and have someone call me back to schedule. They did not. I called Mike a total of 3 times over the next few weeks, and was promised a call back but did not get one. In mid-March I contacted Angie's List to get a refund of my coupon purchase, which was processed cheerfully and immediately. Yesterday, (3/22) I got a call from the scheduler and set up grinding for today, paying them directly. To their credit they did a fine job, grinding the stump down well under the soil line and filling in with soil and gravel. They raised this review from an F to a C but it could have been an A if they had just made contact. I say I'd hire them again but only for a job where time was not a factor.

They didn't do everything they said they would do. They didn't remove a cactus and would come back and remove it. He never did. There were weeds left behind. The edging on lawn was just so so. I felt they did an average job. Their work did not match up to the price.

They did a good job. The service man was confident. They arrived on time and I was pleased with the work. I would recommend them and use them again.

We were very impressed with Mike and his price quote was very competitive but we decided not to hire him because we felt that this project was not his specialty. We will certainly call on him in the future for other landscaping needs.

They were running a bit behind schedule, but the office was courteous and called in advance to advise me of the situation. They were quick, efficient, did exactly what I asked for and did a great job cleaning up behind themselves. The yard looked more open and inviting after they left. I just sat down and enjoyed the new view! Very happy with the service and the price was very reasonable - quarter acre lots with lots of trees!

A time to meet was agreed upon and Mike was on time for the estimate. The service need was discussed, an estimate was given and a service date and time was agreed upon. His team arrived as agreed, performed the service and did a thorough job of area clean-up. The crew was professional in their approach to the service request. The service was paid for upon completion of work.

AN SO WE GOT EST TO DO VARIOUS THINGS AT MY HOME FOR THE HOLIDAY ,THEY PLANTED SOME TREE'S AN THIER SERVICE OFFERS MONTHLY MAINTINANCE AN HOME CLEANING THEY DID GREAT JOB AN WE ARE SET UP TO HAVE THEM BACK ONCE A MONTH TO MAINTAINE YARD AN CLEAN OUR HOME.THIS WORKS GOOD FOR US BECAUSE THIS IS A RENTAL AN HELPS US KEEP IT UP.
