+ 0 moreDoes not pay their employees. I quit after watching the way they conduct business. I quit abruptly which really upset the owner. He said he wouldn't pay me a dime. Filed wage claim with the Department of Labor. Won the case for three times the amount. I would suggest more ethical businesses in town like Arizona hardwood floors or Removal Tech if you need demolition services. If you do decide to do business with these folks...GET IT IN WRITING By the way employees are encouraged to have their friends and family members post positive reviews. I will say however their flooring and demo guys do top-notch work. The owner just lacks Integrity especially with anything surrounding money

+ 2 moreResults exceeded expectations! The installer was always on time and treated our job like it was his own home with amazing attention to detail I would not have thought to look for. You cannot do better than MicMar Wood Flooring and their crews!
