Mexican Tile & Stone Company

I highly recommend Mexican Tile and Stone. Scale 1- 10, they get a 10. I hired them to refurbish my Saltillo tile throughout my house. They are honest, professional, and deliver high quality work. Wade listened to exactly what I wanted. He gave me all my options, made sure we were on the same page, and guaranteed the work. We set an appointment about a month out and it was worth the wait. Other company’s were cheaper, but they did not offer the same process, and tried to sell me on their only option which was not what I wanted. Mexican Tiles was the only company I talked to that gave me a choice of a Matte or glossy finish. They left a cleaner with the proper ph for these types of floors. I appreciated the discussion on the best way to maintain the finish. Every day I got an update from Wade, I came by to check in and was excited to see their work. (it did smell so I was glad I stayed at a friends) This is a stellar company, My floors look brand new.

The design was innovative and beautiful. The installation was meticulously done. The end result is excellent.

I can't say enough good things about this company. they are communicative, prompt and professional. We had 2 kinds of tile; saltillo and san marcos and they matched them perfectly, including the grout. Highly recommend them

We remodeled our kitchen counters and backsplash, and used tile from Mexican Tile and Stone. Quality is excellent. We went to the store several times to get samples. One Saturday Rocco (one of the designers) was there, and he gave us some great tips. He also came to the house to give us an estimate on the install, but we went with another company that had done our floors 3 years ago, as their quote was lower. I worked with Alexis most of the time, and she was a pleasure to work with. We will be redoing our bathrooms in the next few years, and will use Mexican Tile & Stone. One caveat, if you return tile you will receive a credit rather than a refund.

They thought they didn't bill me yet for one $15 tile. I thought I paid for it with all the other tile I bought that day 2 months ago. Not a big deal that could have been easily resolved one way or the other with a phone call. They never called. They never sent me a bill. Today, 2 months later, I get a PAST DUE notice in the mail for 15 lousy dollars. After I spent all that money with them. This is how Mexican Stonehearted Tile treats customers.

Well, after 10 days I called to get the estimate. A guy went out and never called me with the information. So I called and was told the mexican tile looked good and there was nothing to be done. This tile is 35 years old - needs sanding and refinishing. I can only believe this was either not a large enough dollar situation or they just plain did not want the work. I will get another estimate

Crew did a great job. It does not look like the same house! Amazing attention to detail. I love their and quot;house showroomand quot;. Can't wait to re tile my kitchen backsplash.

They were punctual, courteous and very nice.They were very professional.

The guys from Mexican Stone and Tile were knowledgeable and friendly. We are waiting for design information and a price quote at this point. Hopefully, we will be able to transform our backyard with them.

THEY HAVE A REALLY GREAT SELECTION OF TILE TO CHOOSE FROM. SALES PERSON WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME LOTS OF IDEAS. INSTALLATION WAS DONE FROM A TILE INSTALLER WHOSE NAME I WAS GIVEN BY THEM. ALL WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION AND THE PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE.

EXCELLENT CREW. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERIENCED. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT INSTALLATION AND REPAIR, AND ABLE TO CONTROL JOB COSTS ON SITE.
