They did a really great job, they were super hard workers, and I would definitely recommend them to others. I would also use them again.

Excellent service. I asked for a Sunday cleaning, and they agreed at no extra cost, even though it's not a regular workday for them - some of their staff volunteer Sundays for the extra income. And this was at fairly short notice. The manager came in about a week in advance to check the scope and provided a detailed breakdown of their services. They arrived on time and worked very professionally, with no wasted time or effort. The end result was exactly what I wanted.

They did a very efficient job and they were good.

They’re very easy to work with and if something isn’t taken care of, you can just call the office and they will make sure to take care of it the next time. It’s also very easy to add something on to the service. I initially typed out a list and went room by room for what I wanted, so they knew exactly what I wanted floor to ceiling. They understand you and are just very polite and respectful. They are very well worth it.

Countey, was great I had a small window to get the job done and she help me with job. The two ladies that came let me know it would take about 3 hours but were done in two and half hours. Was very please with job done. Thank You, Merry Maids

A representative of the company comes to your house to look over the rooms that you want cleaned and to give you a written estimate for the cleaning. The company calls the day before the cleaning service to remind you of your appointment. The cleaning team introduces themselves when they arrive. They are always professional in their attitude and dress, work hard and do a great job! When they leave, they leave a note explaining what two rooms were "deep cleaned" and the names of the team members for the day.

They were great. They did a great job in a short amount of time that they had. Everything was done to perfection.

They come every 2 weeks for a full house cleaning. The beds are changed and that is great, but they must be reminded to do things like clean the baseboards or move items on a dresser to dust. They are pleasant and willing, but I shouldn't have to tell them every time to vacuum more thoroughly or dust every surface.

I've had the usual problems of disatisfaction with some cleaners, but I found two that do a good job, and they have come regulalrly for the past two years. The office has been supportive to send the two I have preferred over the years. They have also been supportive when I have had to make time changes. I like that they pay their help decently, and I have had no problems with theft, etc. I believe I get my moneys worth, and the company is good to deal with.

They did a great job! The initial guy came out to do a walk through and explained what to expect. He listened to how we wanted the cleaning done, and worked well with us. They called us that day to confirm the day of the first cleaning. They were on time for the cleaning, and did everything they said they would do in the time allotted. They were very good!

There were there on time, they were there for about 5 hours. They did a very good job. Quick to respond and they are very responsible, they are very respectful about being in our home.

Actually, Merry Maids does this for me on a monthly basis. They do a great job. They did break a light bulb one time, but, compared to what they could have broke, I am not complaining. I thought their price was reasonable and I thought they did just fine the last time they were here. I have no complaints with them at all.

Service representative came out to give an estimate. On time and friendly. Crew that came a few days later was also friendly and courteous (and on time). They did a thorough job and didn't miss any of the special things/areas that I requested be cleaned. This company would get expensive if used on a regular basis, less formal house cleaners are available for substantially less, but this was a good option for me just to get the job done quickly.

MERRY MAIDS SENDS OUT A TEAM OF TWO PEOPLE. THEY CHARGED ME AN HOURLY RATE PER PERSON. THE CLEANERS WERE ON TIME AND DRESSED IN MERRY MAID UNIFORMS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GAVE ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS OF WHETHER OR NOT I WANTED TO HAVE THE BASEBOARDS CLEANED, CEILING FANS DUSTED AND THE WINDOWS CLEANED. THEY WERE FAIRLY EXPENSIVE, BUT THEIR RATES WERE COMPARABLE TO OTHER PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES.
