 + -1 moreI was referred by my realtor for a 2nd opinion when my AC went out in the middle of summer. First, I appreciated that I was able to speak to someone in the office that had a lot of knowledge on the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems. Brandon answered all of my questions, explained how the system worked, and offered options (replace the compressor vs. replacement of the whole unit) - he emailed me and then called to review. Their pricing was fair and you don't have to pay for some "VIP program" just to get a better deal. I selected to replace the compressor and it was scheduled quickly. JR was on time, friendly, and seemed to have plenty of experience. I felt very comfortable choosing Mears to fix my unit. My house is cooler again and just in time for record breaking temps in July! I will be using Mears for maintenance and highly recommend them!
