From start to finish, they showcased unmatched professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. Nick took the time to explain why my Lucid charger required a heavier-duty installation, as its high throughput required a setup built to handle the power. His attention to detail made me feel secure, especially because other firms had mistakenly told me I wouldn’t need this level of infrastructure—or even a permit. Nick firm handled the entire permitting process with the City of Phoenix. He secured the permit, scheduled the inspection, and ensured every requirement was met, including the installation of a disconnect box as specified by code. It was clear that Nick was not only knowledgeable but deeply committed to safety and quality. Where others cut corners, Nick showed integrity, ensuring that my installation was absolutely up to spec and exceeded every expectation. MaxCharged impressed from the first interaction and after going through my due diligence process, they were the only company that showed me the exact code chapter and table used to prove my setup was compliant and safe. I knew this work had to be permitted and there were so many providers that totally neglected this crucial step! They secured the permit with no issues. Great company. Great workers. Greg and Nick where awesome. Very friendly and did a great job getting my fast Tesla Charger 240 watt connection into the garage. My job was a little complicated since my garage is on the opposite side of the fuse box. They took the challenge and did a great job. Both Nick and Greg are such professionals and I am very impressed with their work. I will highly recommend MaxCharged anyone who wants any electrical work done in their house.

I lucked into working with MaxCharged from a Google search when I needed a Tesla Home Charger for my new vehicle. The office employee was friendly and helpful and promptly arranged for me to talk with a technician about a quote for my job. Unknown to me, my city requires a permit to add what I thought was just another 220V outlet to power the charger. Nick, the technician I dealt with, explained the requirements (I was hesitant at first - permits cost money!) and patiently referred me to my city's codes, the safety aspects of the load review, and explained the process. Also, we discussed direct wiring the charger into my breaker box with a dedicated breaker, which was cost effective and electrically desirable. Safety and compliance are paramount in my business life and personal outlook, so I am glad Nick was so knowledgeable and MaxCharged was so attentive to these principles. The installation was done perfectly and faster than expected. When the installation was completed, one garage light did not work and MaxCharged offered to replace the fixture at no charge! I recommend MaxCharged to anyone who is looking for conscientious, personable, and dedicated electrical work. It was my good fortune to take the path that led me to them.

THIS WAS THE EASIEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! Greg called within a minute of me submitting my project request online and spent 30 minutes on the phone going over my options and explaining the process, then Nick and Michael showed up the same day and quoted the project. I received a couple of quotes and ultimately decided to hire MaxCharged for the job. They immediately got the permit required, kept in contact about the status, and even came out and completed my job on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend so that I would have a charger before my car arrived. Excellent customer service! I would definitely hire them again!

I cannot say enough great things about this family-owned and operated, experienced, and very, very knowledgeable group of people. They are a small-ish company, but you'd never, ever know it from the quality and efficiency of their work, their seamlessness communications, and their courtesy and professionalism. From the very get-go, everything was done well, on-time, and for a very fair price. You can do NO better than MaxCharged for your install!!
